err @9:20 ish; I didn't want to double post but your points about Etruscans-- Pretty sure they were Phoenician or Asian Minor Steppes-Adjacent to modern Lebanon. Their worship of 4 legged animals, animal husbandry mastery, use of transcultural beliefs and symbols. I'd say they're practically Proto-Mongol but Scythians were so far reaching with horseback riding without stirrups that it would be like turning Russia into the size of Germany. I think Scythians or people like them are responsible for the Beezlebub legend (Baal Zebub in Phoenician sounds like Lord "man named Zebub"). Because horseback archers BCE would definitely feel like an angry demonic plague from hell if you were the enemy. Arrows flying around... just saying.

For over 20 years I have studied the occult, anything old or new that was related to the spiritual, philosophical, the old customs and Magik. I have studied most all of the major religions and many of there branches in depth. I have never heard a better explanation or a more informative concept of the dualities explained and how they came to be. I am in total agreement there is no light and dark, there are need and relevancy.

If you take it as a test, you see the "eternal fight", the devil will coerce and beg you and deceive you into doing what he wants you to do, on the other hand, God is just there, all the time, waiting for you to choose him out of your free will.

The switch from POLYTHEISTIC RELIGIONS to MONOTHEISTIC RELIGIONS was done to DOMINATE, CONTROL AND SUBJECT HUMANITY under a so called "authority" claiming to be "good", but that is just a lie and excuse to use humanity for the bennefit of a few rulling class. It has been the most Harmfull, Selfish and Corrupt way of control and government in societies; so called "historians" would want you to believe MONOTHEISTIC RELIGIONS speak the "truth" but they don´t. They are basically speaking in favor of their corrupt masters who fund their research.

Learn all things from all sides while honing your skills in as many theatres you can master to help become a leader to your community and help those free themselves from ignorance and embrace all. Left Hand Path is so much for me. It suits me very well while with my background Catholicism I was suffering for like a decade. The Left Hand Path pretty much helped me restore myself, gain self respect, self love and overall made me a whole human being finally feeling well. I never got rewarded spiritually or materially or anyhow in this world following the right hand path. I was never satisfied and abandoned myself but through symbol of Lucifer, the abandoned, the adversary, the light bearer I found myself !

Then doesn't that still make you part of the Christian tradition just with a different view since god commands, both demons and angels. This includes the morning star. Has divine authority over them. I mean if you did not like catholic practice I would gest as far away from as I could and not rebel against it by taking the opposite side. That's kinda like being in a narcissistic relationship, your stuck in it a victim but on your own terms I guess.
@Ircy2012

@@Purpleninjawv Not op but people who practive demonolatry don't tend to view things through a christian lense. Just because christianity paints certain stuff (and entities) as pure evil and says their god is in control doesn't mean it's true. Also from personal experience of catholicism and, well, not demonolatry but the dark divine the only abusive and narcisistic relationship i had was with the christian god, where you can do nothing right, you are supposedly nothing without him and you have to work against your consciousness if "he" demands so. Also he can can nothing wrong (no matter how abhorent his actions) and if you in your limited human condition fail to live up to his impossible standards it's all your fault. Oh but like he forgives you for being human with terms and conditions. Oh and I didn't even mention hell, "you send yourself to hell" might as well be the abuser's motto of "you made me do it".

Admittedly it took me a very very long time and large amounts of "soul searching " to truly realize that there's are no good or evil paths. Just the paths and how people choose to view them. A person bent on killing someone who did them wrong will not see their actions as evil but just. Or they'll see it as a necessary evil. I chose my path knowing full well it would be difficult and or lonely. But it's a path that , I believe, is best for me and my goals, be the earthly or... ehhh more focused on what lies beyond this earth. I choose to see the world for her beauty and serenity. Every act of nature is pure and unapologetically chaotic. I digress, I know many would see my future choices and choice in paths as selfish or insensitive or negative. But I'm not choosing this path with the intent to hurt myself or others but because it make me happy, pushes me forward and is constantly making me look at things in new ways this gaining enlightenment and knowledge little by little. Much like Thoth or Odin, knowledge is my greatest desire. Not at the point where I wanna pluck out my eye or anything yet though haha Edit: One could argue that my "sacrifice " isn't one of flesh and bone but of a more immaterial nature( familial connections, emotional attachments etc.) As I said, I know many who'd look at me with cold disapproval or would think badly of me, yes it hurts more than anything knowing I will eventually lose many connections, but its necessary to me, for my end goals. A wise man is a lonely one. The final challenge, I'd imagine, is whether or not I'd be twisted and emotionally disfigured at the end of it. A bitter old man filled with anger and spite towards those who looked down on my path as apposed to who I want to be. Will i give in to that final challenge and let myself become a husk of a man kept alive by anger? Or will I be able to stand fast, keep pushing through the trials of my path and maintain my ideal self? Im prepared to lose whoever and whatever I have to in my pursuit, but I refuse to lose myself along the way.Anyway, lecture over. Glad I found these videos as they've definitely helped me along my way. Truly grateful

@Maseer Ghorab I see it from both ways. I think I agree more with the first guy. I no my choices and the decisions I've made in life. And am aware of not only mine but of the ones around me. Personal.. I believe I am a watcher. (Biblically ). I don't want to intervene, I'd rather sit back and watch. I'm happy with myself I no what I'm capable of. , I'm more interested in the authenticity of human behavior. Which unfortunately you only get when they think no one is watching. You get to no people for who they really are. And mostly were all the same . Who we are on the outside sode. Wether it be at work, school. In the presence of other people. Is all but a perversion of who we truly Are. It's easier to be alone. As an infj. , I find a humbling peace when I'm with my own thiughts. Other people are just noise. In a sense. , I love people I like the life the energy they produce. But I also like me, my time is to re-energize to focus on myself and my light. Then i can illuminate others. Before returning to the isolation to re boot again

I have been through similar processes and have actually become everything I wanted. My goal was to constantly feel like I'm in heaven, I know it sound weird but it's the only way I can describe it. I achieved it, for two years o my life from 16 through to 18, it felt like a lifetime. But then something happened and I started to think for myself, I mean truly an out of body experience. I then had the choice between heaven on earth and truth, I chose truth. I thought if I figure out truth in all aspects of myself, it would just return me to state of heavenly bliss but a more refined and aged version, but no. The truth was hard ablnd bitter. Life was not a game to play and not a joke to enjoy, it is a test. Wether I live by the truth or not, it doen not change the truth. There is a god who created us and everything we sense with our 5 senses and futlrthermore our consciousness and soul. The debate has never been if there is a god or not, it has been Wether you reject the truth or accept it. I understand accepting this life is a test is an immense task, but now I know the truth, I cannot live in any other state whilst being comfortable. God forgive me, I have tried to merge the two and end up lost again, but the truth has gripped me and brings me back. Islam is the truth, it encompasses all prophets and gives them their rightful due respects. The closer I get to further understanding the truth, two things happen. 1. I become more certain of the truth and 2. I appreciate how difficult this test is on a new level. Truth does not come easy, it is painful. Especially for those of us who "experimented" with life on our own terms. But one thing I know for sure, the truth is worth it. May Allah guide you to the truth. Ameen. Lailahailallah

Thank you. This video offers much sought after clarification. I gotta say, though, that I automatically pull back when spirituality is made too mechanical, technical or narrow and rigid. When Odin hung upside down to wholeheartedly immerse himself into truth, he wasn’t thinking “left/right” or “black/white.” He just took a sacrificial dive for ultimate knowledge. When Jesus went to the cross, he sacrificed all for the joy set before him. They followed their hearts, not paths, people, systems or “isms.”

My profile picture is something I drew after first learning about the Dagaz rune/symbol. I had absolutely no knowledge of it's origin or any tradition as you share on your channel, but I was thrilled to find a symbol that, by my initial source of exposure, was described as representing the moment two opposites combine. It gave the example of light and dark touching such as during twilight. This fit my spiritual view of things better than either opposing or balancing forces such as what the Yin-Yang represents, but it still was not fully fleshed out in my view. I created my own symbol with the Degaz as the basic building block for it. Thinking in terms of calculus where infinite dimensions form a whole--more than only a monochrome scale such as black, white, and shades of grey.

I have just started an article on the left & right hand paths and this video has helped enormously, and I will link it so others can use it for reference. I think its important to get this information out so people understand it

Great video and explanation, thank you for being so much accurate! It's the first time I hear such a complete explanation and I agree totally! I would only add that the medieval habit of defining the left hand as the hand of the devil is in some way connected to the way Romans used to split the city in two parts. The left hand was used mostly for "personal hygiene" and for touching "dirty" or "dead" things, while the right hand was used for "social purposes" (even by Etruschi and Greeks, who used to shake the right hand) and actions like eating etc. So basically they didn't want to touch/be touched with the same hand they used to clean themselves (this tradition is perpetuated in the Middle East and Islamic habits). Of course at the time it could be very useful in order to stop intestinal parasites cycle. Today we wash our hands :-) But then, at the time, probably it became simpler to give the left hand a "bad" connotation. Beyond this, it's interesting to notice that even in paths which we could define "right hand paths" (as some Sufi paths), at a certain level there are "secret" circles in which the followers are initiated to the "left side", because at a certain level it becomes clear that dualism doesn't make sense. I just subscribed to your channel and blog because I am interested in the study of spiritual paths and recently Yggdrasil and a Wolf appeared in my dreams more than one time. Time to approach the Viking path, I guess :-)
@babykraken1

Two points: I am from Aotearoa/New Zealand and you alluded to the Maori view of dualism. From my understanding, there is the division of sacred and profane common to many cultures. For example, the head is tapu or sacred, whereas food is noa or profane. Both have their places. Food is always shared after a ceremony, in order to bring people back to ordinary reality. So neither are evil and they complement each other. In my study of LHP magical philosophy, I thought that the terms came from tantric practice, where RHP was the way of the majority of people and the LHP was the steep, crooked, harsh way of the few. Same mountain, different ways up it. So LHP practices like that of the Aghori in Hinduism or Chod in Bon/Buddhism are too rigorous for most. I think that a feature of LHP magic is transgression, being prepared to break bonds and blur boundaries in order to extend ourselves. I had no idea about the Etruscan and Roman connections, although I knew the origin of the word sinister of course. So yeah, a whole new approach for me, thanks as usual Arith

I am searching about myself and what I want in life. This video really changed some of my thoughts that were negative about myself and that I was holding onto. I have never liked organized religion it just has been used so negatively over the years. I do believe in god as I have met god in my journey in my own special way. God is in everything on this planet and the planet is a symbol of gods beauty. People are free to believe in what they want, but maybe take a second look at nature and what was created, it is so special and amazing. Even each one of us is beautiful and special, we are only told by the television/internet/magazines/etc. of what beauty should look like. I believe in love and compassion, we have grown apart over the years, people don't seem to care about one another and don't communicate with one another. We all don't have to agree, but if we took a moment to listen to one another and understand that their view is their right, we may start to understand one another and compassion and love will guide. Thank you for this video. I hope you continue providing information that may help others on their path.

I write and throw right handed. I swing a bat and surf/skate left handed. I tend to fight with my right foot forward but it feels the same either way. I change my stance as the timing dictates. My life has been nothing but chaos. Perhaps there is no path for me. Maybe I'm trapped in the middle. I understand that this lesson has nothing to do with being right or left handed, but I have always felt at odds with myself. I am unable to properly explain my feelings.

The lesson was that you can use both to your advantage and that neither is wrong or right or good or evil. Maybe take the best path suitable for the times you're going thru and switch whenever the other 1 is more suitable.

This is excellent Arith, it takes a long way to withdraw oneself from the manicheist prospective we are culturally flooded by. You made a very comprehensive video on a difficult subject to catch for many people. Only one thing I would question are the western only origins of the left hand path concept. I would advise anybody interested in this topic to read the Aghora trilogy by Svoboda, and specially the first time entitled "At the Left Hand of God" to get the mindset of the ancient vedic praticiens. What is commonly referred as Tantra and illustrates the spiritual practices of this very ancient and sinister path.

Good talk! Like your other videos I've seen so far, I think it would take a lot more time to address a place where I would make a disagreement. Something you were discussing in general, that people often forget, is that it is easy to lump all the dichotomies into a single "us vs them" issue, which is part of the horror of monotheism and city religions -- the masters of bloated parasitic bureaucracies that make their living from just rhetoric and taxes. In this way, many try to lump white, order, city, good, and life into one camp; and they put dark, chaos, evil, wilderness, and death into another. Then they tell the people to choose one side, their faction, which stands for all that is desirable; and to look down upon or persecute anyone outside their faction, who must necessarily then represent all that is bad and undesirable. I was pleased that you dealt with each of these issues in their separate spectra and balances, even though the properties of balance and spectrum are found in each issue. For the people to return themselves and their relationship with the world back to harmony, they are going to have to learn to make these distinctions. Even for many who are embracing a new paganism, and for whole emerging pagan systems, this is a difficult step. Also: It is easy for many to feel superior in their "pure right hand" with clean garb, orthodox arguments, gentile manners, and social imperatives so long as times are easy, danger is far, health flourishes, and food continues to flow without fail from the farmlands their city has dominated and taxed by force. However, let calamity come, and hunger abound, and the wolf or the bandit stalk their land, and everything changes. In that hour, suddenly they want the ones whom they have despised, the ones who learned the unclean truths by getting dirty hands. Suddenly, the hunter, the healer, the farmer and the common craftsman are acceptable company and much called-for, and our "unclean" practices of natural arts, sciences, communions and associations with the wild and the dangerous have new prestige in royal halls and high tables. The irony of that hypocrisy is not forgotten.

Well done Arith my friend. You have covered a very complex subject in a way that all can follow quite easily without getting bogged down. People like the easy route and so the concept of dualities makes it easy for them, black/white, right/wrong, good/evil, ahhh, if only life was that simple. Oh wait! A addendum here. Dp I spot a serprnt tattoo on your LEFT forearm Mr Arith? What secret message does it convey?

Thank you my dear friend! I haven't baptized my snake yet, I was thinking about "danger-noodle" or "nop-rope" hehe. I'm planning on making a video about my tattoos, I'll pick some of them. Not sure when that will come out, because I prefer to focus on other subjects and less on my person, but I understand people also want to know more about me. In the future I shall speak about the tattoos. The meaning behind this snake can be undertood in the video I've done about Náströnd, which you already know ^^
