That speed was on a dyno with no wind resistance. It will not go that fast.

I dont know which one is top mode. The rider mode or sport mode. In the phillipines the zx4rr race with mustang use sport mode the gear begin from gear 1 109kmh, gear 2 150kmj, gear 3 193kmh.

I think it's best in sport mode
