Did that look smooth? 😅 I'm just used to everything barely working most of the time. But I'm also running a 3090, 5950x and 128GB ram with videos having 480p proxies so that's a big help.

honest Q: where is the "shake" and other fx from that you are using mudan? i´m guessing those are purchased plugins? honestly im still doing the shake manually.... LMAO

The shake is S_Shake from Sapphire plugins and tuned a bit. But most of it is from Red Giant Universe and Boris Sapphire. Universe is even kinda affordable, especially if you're a student. Otherwise be prepared to mortgage your house

I'm old and used to do a bit of editing back in the day using a big old computer and putting the finished product on VHS...yes I'm THAT old...so this is seriously fascinating & you're super talented 😊

Ohhh, that's actually really cool. So much is being taken for granted these days, I don't know if I would've had the patience to even edit back when you manually had to cut film strips or mix VHS tapes.

The components needed were expensive too 😔 Honestly when I sit back and think about it my mind is blown by the technological advances that have happened in my lifetime (I'm 44)! It's incredible & we're so spoiled for what we all have available to us, though sadly most of us won't ever reach your level of expertise ❤

this video is so helpful. as someone who edits for fun but needs a ton of time to complete stuff, seeing how efficient you are is really cool. do you plan on doing a "tour" of all your presets/effects you bought/made? i think that would be so helpful for people wanting to improve their editing style! also... is the s shake thing a preset you made or did you buy it somewhere? i'd love to use it.

I just started learning editing And in this video I realised 2 things 1- There are many things I m left to learn 2- there is more artistic freedom to editor then what I thought (which is good) But some youtuber to whom I watched said they want editor who have same artistic chose as them, what do you think is this tru? The learning well is infinite when it comes to editing, I'm still to this day learning shortcuts that some beginners know but I don't for some reason. Artistic freedom depends on the client, some want it, others don't. I just like to work with people who let me do my thing so I don't feel too constrained.
