52:14 I found another way, which is helping me a lot, even when I don’t recognize that I’m feeling unsafe because of hidden guilt…. The idea is to Welcome and radically allow, in a non-judgmental awareness what is “apparently” happening. This simple step brings me to observe with the Holy Spirit, get in touch with who I am and right action (or non action) such kindness arise from this. I understand about trying to be kind as the first step, however I believe kindness is byproduct of your state of mind and your identification with the Son of God, rather than with the ego. I’m learning this with a teacher, his name is Keith Kavanagh, in case you want to find him on KZfaq. I go back and forth with the his teaching, and of course, with the Circle of Atonement, to which I’m very grateful for. Thanks for what you do 🙏🏻

I thought this was going to be about how everything in this world is an illusion, but this really gets to the heart of WHY we feel so unsafe. It’s really reminded me how much depth there is to the Course, and how much I still have to learn. Thank you!

Hello Emily and Robert. I listened to this wonderful video in 3 separate times because every word was so significant. This video really taught me how important, IMPORTANT, it is not to attack. And if I can just remember that all things are an illusion and ultimately we are all ok (no matter what we experience in this world) then I feel no urge to attack. I just need to remember that when a so-called incident occurs such as being disrespected by someone or anything that causes me to react. Anyway, this video is superb. I plan to watch it a few times. Thank you so much.

When you said don’t the trolls understand they are talking to some one on the other end, I thought well there is One on the other end

I love the way you both dialogue together. Very respectful and sweet. What a helpful topic! It definitely illuminates some of my own mind's hidden programs. Also, the Course is not a simple book to read, so I appreciate your breaking it down into smaller understandable bits.
