Very good game, and also 1 day 11 hours and 21 min for Marvel's Spider-Man 2

Thisb1 hits a special place in my heart for me, I had just got my ps5 in december 2020 with this game. I remember it being crazy snowy outside, house all warm n shit n I was setting up my ps5 for the first time n when I started playing this I was blown away I can't explain the feeling man the music just everything makes my mind go silent and just reminisce on that time

Has anyone else been replaying both of the Spiderman games to get ready and to scratch the itch until Spiderman 2 comes out?😅

I 'enjoyed' spiderman miles morales more than the original spiderman but i still felt that the original was the better game because of primarily the story. But miles morales realy improved greatly on the swinging and the combat, esp the combat. With the added venom attacks, it added a new flow and dimension to the combat rather than just the basic (but multiple) attacks, suit powers and finishers. After looking at some spiderman 2 gameplay showed in various trailers I just hope it would be just as fun - probably the biggest concern would be that skills are locked behind cooldowns whereas in contrast, miles morales was restricted by how well you handled the combat with constant aggression and being elusive with dodges. It made the combat fluid and very fast paced where you can spam abilities multiple times. I think this would likely be not possible in spiderman 2 anymore but I still hope it will still feel as fun if not more than miles morales

Spiderman 2 could be Game of the year but Baldur Gate 3 has a lot of player base. Anyway, Insomniac is cooking hard man I can only imagine What Wolverine would be like 😍

The reason why I didn't buy or play Miles Morales because it was 7 Hour DLC sold as a full priced game. Hell, even now it's still $50 which is a fucking slap to the face.

Miles Morales made some great Improvements. Yes it was a bit shorter. But it had better Gameplay. Better Sidequests. Great visuals. Better animations. It just felt better in many ways. But I like the first game more cause of its story and boss fights. And more length. Both are great games of course. And Spiderman 2 will blow them both away 😁

I just got my ps5 and was able to pick up this game at half price. I love it. Insomniac have really developed their ability to pace the narrative. Hoping to get a good deal on SP2 for Black Friday. $125 Aussie dollars for the standard edition is a bit steep.

Finished it, two days ago on my PS4.. and loved it!!

I felt it was better than the original. I only wish it were as long or longer of an experience.

It was literally supposed to be dlc for spiderman 2018 and they decided to release it as a launch tit)e for the ps5 even the the campaign can be completed in just a couple hours. Was it good , yes. Was it worth 50 bucks for 6 to 8 hours of story campaign, thats up to the buyer

Shortened the difference between Hollywood Blockbusters and Videogames ? Videogames are already better than Hollywood Blockbusters since Last Of Us came in 2013. The Spiderman games are better than every Spiderman Movie. I love movies and TV shows too. Don't get me wrong. But the good videogames and not crap like Cod or Fifa are already far above movies and TV Shows.

Miles Morales was better than Spiderman PS4. It cut most of the fat like the MJ missions and made the city feel like an actual place. Also better combat and swinging. Shorter =/= Worse.

The game was more like a cheap knock off of the original. Boring characters, predictable storyline, gameplay is virtually the same as the first one but way less fun. Miles isn't even his own character, he's just the black version of Peter Parker. Speaking of which this is where they swapped his face and made Peter look like he hasn't even gone through puberty. This is just another overhyped, overrated Sony game.

Story was bad and the villains sucked, especially Miles friend.

It wasn’t a good game. It was basically a really good dlc. The story was good(besides the blm b/s, anti gun politics, and just any politics sprinkled in ). The issue though is the open world, the side quests are horrible, the open world is filled with the same crimes over and over and over again and challenge maps… no one likes challenge maps I just wish they would have done the world and side quests like Arkham city and made it feel more natural instead of checking off a list on a map. I’m actually really concerned that Spider-Man 2 will double down on the meaningless grind
