The way Mr. Ross talks about his thought process is a bit roundabout, but I really enjoy all the insights we get from it. Certainly you can tell that making these cover artworks and comics is his true passion. ❤ P.S. I didn't grow up with Marvel comics, but one of my art inspirations when I was younger was Yusuke Murata, artist of One Punch Man and Eyeshield 21, etc. looking at the closeups of Mr Ross's work I can tell how much Murata's own painting style was inspired. It's very cool!!

... ALEX ... I love how you incorporate " Old School " in your Art . In my opinion ONLY , in that Captain America Wraparound Cover , the Falcon looks very Romita to me .. nice , and the Kirbyesque Hulk influence is awesome as well . I hope that your are able to do a ... Bernie Wrightson inspired ... Swamp Thing vs Man-Thing ... Graphic Novel .
