I'd stop at 750 with body weight. It just took too long. 30 years ago, that is. I think this is a good exercise for tradesmen who hunch inward all day at work to counter the "sunken chest syndrome" that causes problems... Tile setters, framers, plumbers...you name it.

Elbows always inwards. Elbows out can injure your shoulder
