Maybe you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, I know plenty people in suits that are raging a holes and some of the worst people out there, oh but nice suit though

Yes. But there is something to be said about someone who can dress appropriately for situations. It’s more about the person’s judgement and level of respect for themselves and others than just the suit itself.

it's mostly for seeing if the person can actually fit in to the work environment [and not all jobs ask for suits, just clean]
