Probably just some dirt built up in the drains or the tubes (the tubes from the sunroof down to the drains in the crimping underneath the body). A paperclip up those drains in the bottom normally does the trick, or rinsing the tubes out a bit. Nice and easy.

Yeah it's odd. I ran water though with a hose and water came out the front drain by the passenger wheel and rear drain by the rear drivers wheel. But perhaps it's half clogged and can't keep up. But then why would it stay full? It also seems to be mostly the passenger side, not the drivers side. I wonder if there is some crud back there blocking it from reaching the drain. That rear drain seems hard to get to also. I hope I can figure it out without pulling the headliner lol. That seems a job.

@@AgileWoodsman Should be able to access the drain entrances with the roof all the way open. There's a moat around the unit that leads to a hole at each corner. Perhaps testing each corner to make sure it drains, and a bit of forceful water through there if clogged up at all.. and then just making sure the bottoms are all cleared up. Worst case scenario is taking off some interior trim (maybe headliner) and/or taking fenders off (I think) to access the tube in the A-pillar ... I believe there are some helpful videos floating around, or at least YotaTech posts. Hopefully it's as simple as just some pressurized water through each of the 4 drain holes.

@jaredgorski7961 That's the part I'm not sure on. Some sources show only 2 drains, which looks to be the case on mine. Yeah that rear one is back in there....I'll have to play around with it more. See what I see. I appreciate the ideas!

Have you had any luck with the 3.0 overheating / head gasket issue I've done two head gasket jobs on my 95 2nd gen I used the Perma torque head gaskets this last time and got rid of my Cadillac converter and started running a 165 thermostat and a new radiator 40+K miles now all seems fine just rolled over 200k last week

Well I'm glad you got it sorted, but you shouldn't have to do all of that for it to be right.
