I'm back with another update of what's happening here in Southern Utah!🗣️This time I'm back along the Bluff St. corridor right in the middle of St. George. 👀🔥
Bluff St. is a main corridor with a long history that has quite a bit going on right now, mostly in renovating older buildings & complexes. I love to see the transformation and really look forward to seeing everything come together along this road. Going to be awesome!

When are you gonna make it up to Cedar to let us know what's happening up here? Lots of dirt moving in various places. Would be nice to be tuned in, since we're technically Southern Utah, along with Beaver too.

I hear ya and wish I had more bandwidth to stay connected with everything happening up there, but it requires a lot of work and don't have the capacity to include it. Hopefully one day!

@@macraeheppler Yeah, I kinda figured most of your contacts are down that way for some of the inside scoop info... There's been some murmurings of some real great stuff coming up here in due time, but of course, I'd much rather hear it from someone reputable, like yourself.

do you know what is happening off of Washington Parkway and Red Hills in Washington near the I15 exit 13? we noticed some construction along with a road and the trail there has been moved.

Hi Macrae, I heard there was a Trader Joes possibly moving into the old Kmart building is that true? I have a few other questions. Have you heard about any Whole Foods or sprouts coming to St. George in the future? Thanks!

Its amazing! It was 68 and blue skies on Christmas Day this year. Played pickleball that day and sweat our butts off

Yes it is. It's called St. George Place if you google it, there's some preliminary info on it

I've seen Houston, the owner of Houston Hot Chicken on Daily Driven Exotics channel. He's a car guy as well and runs a exotic rental place in Vegas. He seems like a bit of a show off kind of guy. Haven't tried the chicken but likely will now that it's open in STG.
