Fort Pierce continues to be a huge economic driver for all kinds of businesses both big and small here in St. George. Between the cool new restaurant, a lot of new construction being finished, and new phases of lots ready for more, there's a lot going out here. Looking forward to seeing it grow!

Hobby Lobby is moving into the old K-Mart!!! Macrae, have you seen the plans for the remodel of that shopping center? It is beautiful.

I have been in talks with the company doing the re-development in hopes to put solar on the entire thing. Hobby Lobby has signed on according to the contractors. Rumors are still floating that Trader Joes will move into Boomer's.@@macraeheppler

There are already plans to fix the road. I believe they are about a month or two out.

You must be an out of stater because us locals you bring that shit in then there’s more traffic they can’t keep up with the traffic they got now just like the road on River Road. I told you about how they gonna keep up they can’t but they keep building and building in building and building and building and building.

I bet it will become just like Metro Phoenix someday. Same thing with Boise Idaho area. More traffic, more homes, in a water drought. I don’t live in Utah nor Idaho but it seems like it will become just as bad. So sad
