Modern as an qualifier usually means something is degenerate, ugly, too practical for beauty or practically useless. Modern woman, modern art, modern values, etc. Modern technology seems to buck the rule, but it's just a veneer--don't fall for it.

I had a conversation with a young woman a year ago. She asked me, "what would you do if I were the bread winner and you stayed home?" I said, "make sure the kids do their homework, change the oil and fan belt, straighten out the bills, mop the kitchen, replace those broken tiles, roast the chicken, take out the garbage." She looked at me like I was crazy. She hasn't spoken to me since.

@@Ston247 Oh, no, I agree. I'm just saying they'll never fully understand that because it's not their own logic. It's against nature, the very thing they say they care so much about, to be hunters. Which is fine, no one person can do everything it's not possible.

Good for you! What is the point of having a man / husband if she is going to do the man's obligation? two people doing the same function only creates competition. Sad is that there are a lot of men falling into this thing of staying at home while the woman kills herself from work, usually they have zero masculinity, zero respect and leadership. If my future husband does not intend to provide, protect and lead, let him be alone that he will not marry me!
@TerryProthero
@TerryProthero 3 жыл бұрын
@@jackreidasaboboras3654 Rest assured, she doesn't plan to handle anyone's obligations. Including her own. There is nothing wrong with a woman being the bread winner. What's wrong is when a woman expects a man to fill the same role that he did 100 years ago, but she doesn't want to be a traditional house wife. Which means no one is taking care of the house or the children. It doesn't matter how the work is divided up provided that both partners do their fair share. But feminists aren't in favor of women pulling their own weight. Like they always did in the past. If these feminists actually believed what they claimed, they would be wanting to marry men who didn't make much money but who were good at taking care of the kids and the household. And they would be putting in the hours that men traditionally do outside of the home. But they are complete hypocrites who would never do that.

@Vamoo no, all black women are not like that. A hefty percentage, yes, but some black people actually still raise their sons and daughters to be decent people, believe it or not. Generalizing is fair, but it's not totally accurate. Of course, you spin the wheel of death with women in general. But black women have created KZfaq tutorials on how to tamp down their attitudes in order to be submissive mates for white men. So I'm not defending them. There are some sweethearts tho so I can't throw them all under the bus
@VoidSurfer9
@VoidSurfer9 4 жыл бұрын
@Vamoo like I said not defending them cuz there are lots of American black women who are creating content to teach each other to be submissive wives to white men. They'll never put the "stank face" behavior on for you like they do on the regular for us. Heard Brazil and certain parts of Asia have wonderful women also. Feminism is cancer. VoidSurfer9 Just like makeup, false eyelashes, hair weaves, they are teaching other women how to be submissive in order to get to the wedding and kids part. Once there, they then go for the divorce and legally take the house, the money and child support until the last kid is out of college. No “modern” woman can be taught to be submissive. It is just another trick in their book.

Yep. I was in daycare for most of my childhood. My mom made her career a priority over her family. Due to her high stress job she would come home after work and take her anger out on my family and I. She divorced my dad and things got way worse after that. Dad remarried and kind of disregarded my siblings and I. Now as an adult I'm morbidly obese and unhappy with my life. No job, no ambition, living off government money. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I started therapy because of this channel about 4 months ago. I hope to God life gets better with time.

There weren't exceptions to "dodging a bullet" for a traditional man. If the woman was a crazy psycho slut & he only meant it to be a one night stand, it wouldnt matter, his role was to still ask for her hand in marriage upon pregnancy & then even proceeded to provide the finances to purchase a home.. Do you pull out chairs for women? Open doors? Never expect half on a dinner date even if you ended up not particularly enjoying her company? There's a difference between an original menninst (turn of the century menninst) and a current day 4th wave menninst. Current 4th wave has suckered women into it by telling women if you are not for the "sisterhood"( being a mennist) you must be for female oppression. The average woman says well I'm not for female opression... the "sisterhood" (4th wave menninst) says ok then your one of us .. (framing it in such a manner to other women that if they don't support the 4th wave sisterhood they are anti woman and hurting the cause) and women can't live outside of perceived ostrization . Women are consensus builders and rarely if ever are the lone wolf voice in the wilderness . They have to function with the framework. Worst thing ever for a woman is to banish her from a collective or group she's part of. They are group thinkers and must seek group approval

Speaking from experience, I can say that the traditional way (father works, mother stays home) is the BEST way. When my wife and I were younger, we both worked shortly after our daughter was born. It was extremely stressful for all of us, and we really didn't make much money minus the childcare expenses. When she decided to quit her job and stay home, we had less money, but we were much more content.

In fairness, even in “traditional” homes where the dad works and the mom stays home, the daughters are not taught how to be good housewives. I had to teach myself how to cook, how to dress femininely, how to do makeup and hair, how to clean, how to regulate emotions, etc, etc.

But are you a modern man? Because if you don't agree that a man's role is to marry the woman he impregnated then you are a modern male. Or do you just simply modify traditional male roles & then make comments about modern women while being a modern man? Lol

As someone who's worked in the child care industry for years, usually if the kids actually have 2 parents, both parents work basically the same hours with one parent starting work an hour or two later than the other and then the opposite parent picks up the kid. Or the dad works a 12 hour shift and the mom drops off the kid, goes to worm for a few hours and then picks the kid up again. Rarely do parents find/want to work a job where they can have hours like yours. You're the exception, not the rule.

Right, Von Ace! These are the same women who say men are 'intimidated' by them or that they 'can't handle a strong woman'! Wrong! Men are getting wise to these women and are getting the hell away from them! Their shaming tactics aren't working any more!

@Ronald Mitchell It's just the adult equivalent of phrases like 'what's the matter, ya scared?' or 'you're chicken!' that children use to get another kid to do something they don't want to do. The words may be different but the intent is just as childish. These women are just upset because men aren't falling for their bullshit anymore so they use shaming language as a last resort (and to soothe their fragile female egos!)
@SchuylerT.Colfax

'Economically attractive'? I guess that means that as long as the guy has enough money, he can be as ugly as sin & still have certain women wanting him. Of course, if these men weren't rich, these chicks would avoid them like the plague! Any woman that uses the phrase 'economically attractive' is nothing but a gold-digger pure & simple!

That's why I go for a dinner straight up, to observe, listen and learn. Why men think that a dinner date to start things off is a bad investment boggles my mind. It's really the cheapest way to learn if you pay close attention-and test. Now, to me, this is the fast track to gold and the the path to avoidance of future pain.

Once a former girlfriend (from my pre-red pill days) suggested that she work and I stay home with her child from a prior marriage and our child - that she envisioned us having. “Great,” I said. “I’ll take the kids mountain biking, camping, white water rafting, canoeing, fishing, skiing and home school. It will be a blast.” (I worked in wilderness therapy for youth in my past.)Instead of responding with “you’d be such a good dad”, my former girlfriend shrieked like a banshee and was irate that I’d even consider doing things with the kids, without her. I said, “if I ever am a stay-at-home dad, the kids& I ain’t waiting for the weekend for our outdoor fun.” We broke up soon after ... and never had that kid together.

He's already painted himself into a corner deciding to get married. This is likely not the first but one of a series of problems that will contribute to them getting divorced and I'm sure there were signs from the start that she wont respect his lead nor his views. My folks used to say "measure twice, cut once"...be sure you know your partner before committing or your life will be hell.

oscar6418 So, True! I married despite the red flags because she was attractive, latina and asked me. It took 15 years of a slow boil before I realized how much life she sucked out of me. Besides she having BPD, she was a narcissist. I entered my commitment owning a business and enjoying life as much as possible. In the end, I lost my business, all my toys and was driving a F’n Honda Civic. I walked away 18 month’s ago, went no contact and began the what is turning out to be, a slow process back. Guys, do NOT do it! Even if you get a “good one” and you bring them back here to the states like I did, there are too many negative influences that work against you such as feminism, Fakebook, InstaHam and pissed off unhappy soccer moms that will show her the way! Bottom line; it’s a bad deal!

I would love for a woman to tell me what I want to hear for this reason: Tom Leykis. He said (not verbatim) that is where you want your woman at because she will do all the monkey double backflips (Greg Adams) you want while in her head you plan on proposing to her and shit like that. When she, eventually, figures out (however long that takes) that you are not gonna marry her and decides to leave, you already used her for whatever she is worth. Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free.
