Many people coming from project management background also think that the Product Backlog is a fixed requirement. Nice video. Can you also come up with a video on good practices in organizing your PBI’s (Epic > Features > User stories)?

I don't organise it that way because it's too complicated and also because I use Kanban (with Kanbanize) to organise my Product Backlog. I think (Epic > Feature > Stoeies) are JIRA taxonomies.
