I do have a small correction to make in this video: I've been informed by VW that you can close the boot with the kick sensor, I just couldn't get it to work when I tried. In terms of appearance and actual configuration, it has completely surpassed BMW and Mercedes-Benz, because in order to compete in the market, BMW and Mercedes-Benz reduce the necessary configuration of each other, which can be different from the public, and the configuration is rich and high-end. Therefore, wise people still have to choose Volkswagen with high cost performance. After driving nearly 2000 kilometers, everything felt very good, I compared it for a year, and finally gave up BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

Honestly, I'm still impressed at the production value this has (which is a big deal) compared to the other Malaysian Arteon reviews while still having a good person behind the wheel highlighting and talking about the important bits for the stuff that the average consumer might care about. Good job I'd say and hopefully there's more of these coming from you guys in the future.

I have Arteon R-Line Performance 380, love it much more than my previous BMW320 G20

Leased this exact model for 2 years……..to sum up Rocketship…..license loser……performance is stunning and absolutely nothing went wrong…!! 0 to 60mph in 5.5 seconds one of the best family saloons I’ve ever had…and I’ve leased/owned Audi…BMW….etc

This arteon is such a almost perfect, very stunning (especially with that swooping roofline) masterpiece car. It has the looks and the power and with that price?? Its such a value for money car. Also, the AWD 4motion? Ive always wanted to feel how it drives, especially at corners(or bends rather) where the power gets sent to the tyre to catapult you out of the bend. Since the price of the Golf R has now been severely jacked up, this Arteon is the closest to Golf R that people can afford. If it had come out a couple months earlier than when it did, i wouldve probably heavily considered this car over my G20 330i..

After comparing for a year, I finally chose ARTEON R LINE 4MOTION. Because BMW and Mercedes-Benz have serious reductions in various configurations due to competition, I lost interest in them. I originally wanted to buy BMW-Benz, but it seems that it is not as good as Arteon The configuration is more, the configuration is good, and the price is much higher. finally gave up. More than 2000 kilometers have been driven so far. This car is really a good car. Very satisfied in every way because of the width and length of the car. Be careful when parking, everything else is perfect. No regrets. Continue to use it later. I would like to share with you all.

I bought a 2018 arteon R-line 280 hk last summer and I love it! The 0-100 is crazy, I can´t wait to do a stage 1 trim on it (getting it to around 350 hk) but my car has adaptive cruise control, the downside is that when it´s snowy outside or in heavy rain the radar will get blocked and you can´t use the cruise control at all (not even a standard cruise control for some reason)

Don't know about you guys but this mean MF had superb handling so precision sharp ...it takes corners without hessitation with its grip in the road....smooth acceleration combined with good steering feel...really a drivers car....Cars at the same category as it can all eat Thier hearts out!!!

Arteon is an Audi without Quattro(Audi is owned by VW). It’s a handsome car, but not sure I’d get an Arteon over an A4/A6.

Other correction is that it produces 400Nm of torque now rather than 350Nm. Shame you guys don't get AEB and radar cruise control. These are fitted to Aussie versions, along with 20 inch wheels.
