I signed up with Costco too because of Bobby and also got his Bobby approved app. I feel so much better since I’m following him , my health has improved. So grateful 😇oh and I’ve been taking the probiotics since 3 weeks , love it so far .

Other people show up on others social media all the time without any consent.

May been a Karen or a Kevin complained about the guy filming on aisle 7, and not getting their consent. Next time just do it the way we used to do it when I worked Security; turn on the camera function on your cell phone and slide it into your shirt pocket. Then when you get home do your narration when you edit the video.

Yes soy is a killer for me. I cannot have soy. I have hypothyroidism and soy throws me out. Wish they have more soy free products on the shelves.

I signed up and I appreciate that they help people out but they DO NOT carry everything you can find at your local grocery store so Bobby misspoke there. I'm talking about healthy organic foods you can find at the grocery, not regular groceries. In fact, I have been disappointed at the lack of products they carry and how often they go out of stock. If you have access to Costco, Sprouts, Whole Foods, etc., the Thrive Market membership just isn't worth it, in my opinion.

If they don't take food stamps, do they offer discounts on their food products? Asking for myself. How do you get approved? How has your experience been with them and your orders?

Mary Ann Richards phone I just went to customer service and they walked me through it you have to prove you're on food stamps that's been a year ago so I don't remember exactly what I did but it started with customer service and yes you sign up for their emails or their app and they have daily specials like 25% off or 50% off a certain type of item like bone broth you know they have free stuff like three free bone broths and you have to have a minimum for free shipping it's all explained on the website Good luck

Just buy them, If it gets you eating veggies that's more then half the battle. You can't always live under a microscope. You are probably eating better then 70% of America anyway, even if you never eat fast food you're better off then most,.

@@M.C.Blackwell YW. I find that with vegetables, you have to find an interesting way to eat them, something that suits you. The reason I say this is, for a long time I didn't want to eat salads anymore. Why? I was so bored of the dressings I was putting on them, I was trying to be ultra healthy by using organic this and that, and only this oil blah blah blah, We had a party at work, and they had tubs of Ranch Dressing, which tasted awesome. They gave me one to take home and guess what, I now feel like eating salads again. I had one yesterday. You may want to steam some veggies and put some cheese on them,. You can do a myriad of things to make them more interesting to eat. Just a thought. 😃

My Trader Joe's has a big sign right as you walk in to inform folks that they can't film in the store.

Buy Organic Plain Yogurt. Just make sure has no other ingredients. Eat as is or add your own preferences.

There should not be any form of added sugar or sweetener in yoghurt because it kills the good bacteria, the primary reason of consuming yogurt in the first place

You are right! It is getting harder and harder. Look around to see if you have a local food coop or non-branded health food store. I have two near me. The most incredible is The Coconut Cult unsweetened coconut yogurt with 16 strains of probiotics. I tried the SO delicious and it did not work as starter. Given the difficulty of locating non-dairy yogurt, I decided to make my own in the Instant Pot, using this Coconut Cult as the starter. I have experimented with different soy milks (we want more protein that in the other non-dairy milks, and I found no good evidence to demonize soy like everyone seems to do these days), Organic unsweetened EdenSoy is far and away the best, but Trader Joes brand organic unsweetened soy beverage makes very good yogurt. Both make smooth, tasty yogurt that set up well. Not firm, but not liquid. Silk was like a kid's volcano science experiment. It separated and the top part was just foamy. WestSoy was just OK. The recipe I used also uses probiotic capsules if you cannot find a starter yogurt. Empty one capsule into the milk container, shake up, pour into jars, put in empty Instant Pot that has a yogurt setting. I've tried with tops and no tops, both work fine. Cover, set for 14 hours, and the next day you have yogurt. Good luck!
