Add crispy bacon and some pickle slices .... saw it in an old magazine ad. Supposedly good.

My old lady friend from Sarasota offered to make me a PB&M sandwich for my trip when I was leaving her house. Being that I was in Florida, I looked at her and uttered, "SAY WHAT?!" (We don't do that in West Texas.)
