Tiny houses are beautiful and cozy and very cheap compared to a normal apartment but not the best when it comes to safety. But i guess it also depends where you live.

Hope everybody's fine with the hot Cretan sun stay cool by going to the beach. I'm watching this video with the tiny houses and inspires me, motivates me to come and spend more time in Crete my birth place. We have little houses here in Canada they're all built in one park together like a village and neighbourhood so they have the kind of surveillance and security around the area. They are built for three seasons with Canadian standards and isolation and some have carpeting we have cold winters, hot summers and rainy fall. Very informative video and thank you for sharing .. My sister and her husband are in Chania the last 4 weeks she’s telling about the hot weather .. like I said if I can find a teaching/ tutoring job I will say in Chania for months. So if that works out I will move gradually in Chania and very thankful for your videos that motivated me it’s the timing. Two years now I’m retired and my lady friend will be happy as she always encourages me to make the move. Good isolation ( not basic ) is the secret for low running costs .

Yes, if you put good isolation inside and outside, it will keep a good temperature inside in the winter and the summer as well 😀.

Domes are costing about 6 to 8 thousand euros and they ask for 26 without the floor. Come on. In greece we say "they ask what they miss".
