Must admit🤭...I get pleasantly distracted while watching this AWESOME channel and have to RE-watch the vids over and over again to take in all of the great info!😅

not including satisfaction but just from an upward mobility stand point I find job hopping often necessary. Some legacy industries like banking you often have to change banks to get a better role for some reason they hardly promote from within but will love to bring in outside people from different banks at higher roles.
