My brother had to go to the ER after passing out a few times within a couple days. They told him same as the one story...that he had a brain tumor and they needed to do emergency surgery. He laughed...maniacally...my sister in law questioned them...they insisted. He said he's going to get a 2nd opinion. They said he'd be dead by morning without the surgery. He got a 2nd opinion and turned out he had a cyst somewhere in his nasal cavity that was putting pressure on his sinus cavity or something (this was 2 or 3 yrs ago) and it was somehow related to periodontal disease. He spent a week inpatient for testing at another big city teaching hospital that we actually trust. He got the 2nd opinion and hundreds of thousands in bills just to be told he doesn't need a brain surgeon, he needs a periodontist.. 🤦‍♀️

Regarding the brain tumor, i recall hearing a scientist scoff at a physician, because "medicine isnt science, thats why they call it 'practicing'". Life's fragile, folks.

I don't know why I enjoy the different voices so much

Nothing exciting, but one day I was in my boss' office and I accidentally dropped a sheet of loose-leaf paper and it landed on its edges and was standing up. It lasted for a minute before collapsing. To this day, I wish I had transferred the picture of it to another phone before it died on me.

Some friends were in Heathrow waiting for a flight back to the US. They found an out of the way place to wait with their 2 little kids. Paul and Linda McArtney saw them and came over to say high and play with the kids, since they had been away from their kids for a while on tour. Linda even got on the floor with them. After Paul and Linda left to catch their flight, it hit them that they had been in such shock that they hadn't even gotten a picture!

I'm sorry, but my band director literally won't let you get away with PLAYING SOFT. Like, she can hear one clarinet not playing out of 10, and she literally heard a percussionist over all the brass and woodwinds playing incorrectly. IDK what kind of band directions OP had.

Here’s mine I once broke one ankle and right when it healed sprained the other one and I also have way too many illnesses to count and I’m still barely even a teen Also none of them healed right it still hurts a lil bit if I move it in a weird direction also broke mah arm as lil kid but thankfully that healed well TvT Also had to whear a bandage for like 2 weeks and an ankle brace for more than I can count cuz of my stupid memory;-;
