Paul also said that Hagar was symbolic of "present day Jerusalem".Not only was the old covenant"cast out"to be replaced by a new one.but Old Jerusalem was cast out for the New Jerusalem.Since what is of the Spirit(from above)is better and greater then what is of the earth(carnal).The body of Christ-Jew and Gentile-the holy temple "not made with hands",whose saints offer up spiritual sacrifices,in spirit and truth-the "holy nation"-with Jesus enthroned forever-present -tense-in his spiritual temple and in his spiritual city.There's no going back
