How do WWE wrestlers know right when to make the tag or kick out? There are some secret signals that they use that we'll explain in this video and more.

I am glad that more people are noticing that the wrestlers eyes being opened during the pin is an indicator of them kicking out, I though i was one of the only people who noticed that.

@iiTsFaded_ I think you're getting Roman Reigns mixed up with Stone Cold, as he literally has mentioned this on a few occasions. Go back and watch Stone Colds matches and see for yourself. Roman's eyes are open.

I'm pretty sure Bruce Prichard is lying as usual. When Vince did that ear-tug it was an immediate reaction to Flair's comment. There shouldn't have been a music cue before this point.

@@flanaj2Flair made the announcement, but the ear-tug was a cue to hit Austin’s music. Austin came out right after this to stun Angle and beat up McMahon. If you’re going to call Prichard a liar, at least watch the video again. It’s on KZfaq. Pretty easy stuff to research. By the way, Hunter said the same thing - Vince was trying to cue the music, but he did it so obviously that it became an inside joke with the boys backstage.

100%, it’s a rhythm thing. The spot is already called - they already know during the Irish-whip if they’re taking it or not.

Giving your opponent the Iggy is its insider term. As a referee I used to give the iggy to a wrestler to indicate how much time was left or to go home etc.

I've been a wrestling fan ever since I was a kid but I try to watch these matches closely to see if I can pick up anything during the matches. So one thing that I've noticed that the wrestlers do is that when they land face first on the mat they try to land with their hands touching the mat first. I guess that prevents them from getting seriously hurt and I've noticed that when wrestlers are coming off the turnbuckle to make a splash off the top turnbuckle. I've noticed that the wrestlers on the mat has their arms tucked inside and I guess that prevents the wrestlers from getting their arms broken. I mean the storylines might be fake but what they do in the ring isn't fake at all

I don't mind WWE being scripted. It makes it safer for the participants while keeping enough risk and action to be worth watching. Kind of like a sword fight sequence in a movie.

It still hurts, but hand signals and cue stuff like this ensures that the people doing the moves and stunts will be okay most of the time. Wrestlers are not ACTUALLY trying to injure each other. Why would they unironically want to? They have families to go to after shows, after all.

Randy not clapping hands for a powerslam doesnt mean dont take it. They both knew he wasn't going to do it because Randy does a spin to his fists. Not a cue. Also, Vince pulling his ear to cue music doesnt make sense. They've cued music without signals thousands of times.
