First comment! I wish I knew that not all babies immediately know how to latch. We never got there with my premie yet my supply was more than enough. Maybe I gave up too soon after 8 weeks. It was so discouraging but after some research I became a full pumping Mum and did it for exclusively for 8 months.

my advice to mum avoid spicy foods they will save you from colic and help baby to sleep better

this is going to sound very traditional but it works miracles for the cracked nipples my mum taught me express some milk apply to the nipple my friend by next nursing the pain would be gone

Hair loss does happen, the advice o got from my gyn was to continue with the supplements. Calcium mostly. You can check pregnacare breastfeeding

I had inverted nipples and my son couldn't latch for 24hrs, they had to give him formula. But the pressing that was done by those nurses on my breasts 😂😂.
