I'm a member at both places. Sam's club definitely beats Costco in beef prices. Costco has way more clean products to choose from. I only use Sam's for very specific products.

I belong to both, Sam's and Costco. The key to finding organic, etc, at Sam's, is which Club you shop. More upscale neighborhoods, tend to have healthier products. In the Denver, CO area, Southlands Mall has a nice big Sam's that carries better quality products . The app is amazing! You scan each item as you put it in your cart and it totals the order for you and puts it on the Visa card you choose. The only thing I would do to improve the app is give an option to pay cash. I also love the option to shop online and pick up your order in store (what a time saver!) or have it shipped for free! I can pay cash for an order to be picked up.

If Sam's club would up their game with more organic products, then they could give Costco a run for their money! I belong to both.

You should get the sam's club membership, since you are making videos it may be considered a work expense. The normal membership is $45 which comes to $3.75 a month for 2 people. Even the top tier one comes out to less than $8.34 a month and unless you live alone you will easily save that plus you get early hours and a small rebate. What I do is with a friend we split the memberships. One of us pays for sam's and makes the other their household member and the other pays for costco and does the same.

Tomato paste in the very large can is very handy when making freezer meals or you can freeze smaller quantities after using it to make like spaghetti sauce, chili and soups. More cost effective.

As Sam's changes their model to more resemble Costco, i would assume that they also change their stock according to local demographics. Two Costcos 10 miles apart, very different neighborhoods (East Plano and Plano Texas) carry different stock, more (or less) organics to cater to their locals. (I was told this by an employee.) Just fyi.

They usually have the VF at my Sams in Cedar Rapids, IA. However, many times they’re medium size eggs and priced at $5 for 18. Last time I was there though, they were back to Large size for $7. Best deal anywhere is the organic VF eggs for $4.49 at Natural Grocers though :)

One of the four Sam's Club in my area carry the medium and large Vital Farms eggs. This particular store is a test store in my area.

We have Vital Farm pasture raised eggs at Sam’s club here in Naples Fl. I am so happy to find it. They are way better than regular eggs. Thank you for all you do.

Yes we have these eggs in Tampa FL.. I think it's somewhat cheaper, but overall it depends on what you're going to buy.

The tripe is for menudo a Mexican soup! And the the tongue and cheek for barbacoa another Mexican dish both extremely delicious!

Hey Bobby! I believe since Sams caters to a lot of the Latino and Hispanic community thats why they have tripe and the other meats right now for holiday dishes such as menudo!

Also on prices, I find that Sams can be cheaper, but the package sizes are smaller. So not really cheaper, just smaller packaging!

Sam's Club pros are that you can check out on your phone and skip the line, you can also order ahead and have them put it in your car or you can pick it up and I think they also will deliver your order to your home; you can't do this at Costco. Also Sam's Club gas is usually cheaper.

Sam's Club is doing a thing right now were it's $45 to join but then you get a $45 gift card, so there's no reason not to join! I'm about to join for the first time after watching this video.

That frozen grass fed beef is actually 19.99 at my club, the same price per lb as the fresh. For those of us that need to watch fat intake the more lean the better, agreed to dry to make a burger, but for things like taco meat, chili, and other applications it is a good deal for grass fed lean beef. I use it where others might swap to ground turkey, I just can’t do ground turkey. Where’s the beef? As they say.
