What stops rot I am watching your video now some people say cimammon I started using rootone with fungaside I am saving all you videos . I will be 80 this year and I love flowers in the house your videos have helped me a lot thanks 🙏 😊

Ihave 4 colour of amarillies.every year these are blooming.this year after dormancy not a single bulb bloomed.big bulbs srinked in size and and no root devloped last year blooming was wonder ful and buld size was very good.your helped me to understand it happens. How can leave the buld and re root?. I am 78 years,. I kept the bulb in water only one bulb got root.how many days l will keep in the water? Please help me to save the plants.

@@SubhasreeB-ws5pv one expert says if you root and bloom your amaryllis in water it will be spent and won’t bloom again…

Not sure what you can get in your country, but you can use sulfur powder.

Is that potassium permanganate you applied to the wounded bulb, please ? Can we substitute with slaked lime as well ?

It's Gentian Violet, not potassium permanganate. I sometimes use potassium permanganate solution to soak bulbs. But for severely infected parts, I think Gentian Violet works better. It is used to treat fungal skin infections. You can get it at the pharmacy. Sorry dear, I have no experience in using slaked lime.

¿Te refieres al líquido violeta? Es violeta de genciana. Se utiliza para tratar infecciones fúngicas de la piel. Entonces creo que puedes conseguirlo en la farmacia.

Sí, especialmente para las pudriciones. Ayuda a mantener la herida seca y a dejar de extenderse.
