I think if the person is interested then she will make it known by coming up to you, make conversation, proximity etc. So my advice to any bro out there is to always be in position of strength. You dont show interest if she dont, you dont be friendly if shes not. Treat them as they treat you. Key thing is, for any succes, the person has to find you physically attractive. If she dont then theres no point. Attraction is hair, face, body and cloathes. So make sure your hair and cloathes are stylish and dont be overweight. The only thing you cant control is your face/genetics.

Just use eye contact to your advantage and just smile back. And pay attention to her body language. If she looks away, could be she is also nervous. Just think she is looking at you for a reason. If you weren't even in the picture, her eyes wouldn't lock on to yours in the first place. They love sending signals. So play the game and play a game of your own. The results are pretty staggering when I treated them like they were equal to me and not above me in anyway. Even if you fail the shot with conversation, it still sends signals that are positive. So just practice your art and delivery. Then things start getting easier. It takes practice guys. So get out there with conviction and have some fun.

What if the smile happens walking passed each other on the street opposite directions on the move. Happens pretty often on my walks exercising and it kills me, but seems like bad timing. Right? Or is there a way to do it without being creepy? Usually I just smile back and say “hi”. Or “how are you?” They say hi back or say “good thanks” and it’s over before I know it. The trick, is forgetting everything he said in the video, and just being open, honest, and yourself (don’t put on an act, show her immediately the real you, take it or leave it).
