Something like this happened to me and it all ended last month..I also wrote a letter where I showed my love affection towards him but also made my boundaries clear and told him what do I deserve and I deserve the best but he needs to understand and grow up..I still love him but I love me too and for the sake of my well-being I sent that letter to him to get this out of my chest. Everyone deserves the best.period. Whether they want to come back or not let’s just never wait for anyone to make ourselves feel better and worthy.That’s not love. my god. i wish i had this video just six, seven months ago. I was stuck in limerence for a whole year over a guy i had talked to literally once for less than 30 seconds. I knew everything about him (from my internet stalking) and found multiple similarities in our backgrounds etc that made me continue to fantasize. I started trying to manifest him. And this kept me stuck. I pedestalized him so hard, obsessed over every glance, i literally thought about him 24/7 and while I dont regret it (It ended up taking me on a WHOLEEE journey and I learned a lot and became who i was today) this slippery slope between limerence and law of assumption kept me stuck. I was so convinced i had to just keep visualizing but all it did was made me obsess more. After i took off my rose colored glasses i realized.. he isnt even what i want in a man. Genuinely nothing about him interested me but this image i created of him that was NOT real. Now i've redirected all this attention i had on manifesting him on ME. I no longer want to manifest an sp ever again. I never want to waste my time trying to manifest a specific person.

Limerance = love addiction = anxious attachment style. One cartoon girl is securely attached, the other is anxious. Blocking is for immature people who need to learn commmunication skills. Probably conflict resolution skills too. I've been limmerent (spelling?) over many men since the 80s, and I always manifested them . . . I manifested my husband when my self concept was the best it's ever been. I did overlook some toxic behavior (though i communicated about it to him, called him out), and he was a good husband for many years. I am fairly confident about the man I've got my eye on now. He's a good man and I know he's attracted to me. I hope the guy in the real life example comes around. But I do hope she does not send that text. It's a limmerant person's projection (edit: for lack of a better word, it's more about her than him, hope that makes sense). . .and someone who blocks you doesn't deserve those words. Sometimes silence is the way to go.

I would just move on. No need to understand his justification,if at any point he does share it. Keep thinking about what you want, and know serves your highest good. If it's relationship or whatever. I started this manifestation experience to manifest a SP. And it kinda worked, however I was ignoring all the bad behaviours because "You can't react to the 3D", "Ignore circumstances and keep focusing on the reality you want". Reacting was honestly the best thing I did in a really long time and it allowed me to find peace of mind and serenity. I was like "Misato" and then I became like "Himeno" in a span of few months. Best decision of my life 🌸 I don't want my original SP anymore but, ehi, wish him all the best ✌🏻

I think men are teaching eachother to block women because so many of them doing it now as a tactic to hurt or cause insecurity. Dont react if he blocks you. Its usually temporary. They cant block the connection you two have. If anything, block them back if you want them to face consequences for their bad behavior. They will eventually unblock as time heals the past and they start fearing losing you.

Funny story, had a misunderstanding with sp, but I thought he blocked me and I was so upset. We’ve been together three months. Turns out he was changing numbers and didn’t tell me because we were not really speaking. Sometimes we make impulse decisions but if we stay in our presence, and in our feminine, we receive peace. I feel this deeply! Love self enough to know we have the toolbag to make it through any situation is such an amazing feeling and gives self confidence. People show up how they show up and we will always be okay regardless because its a lesson learned. Both my parents loved each other when they were younger and because of the war lost connect, but ended up finding each other again. Which created me, I was born from love that withstood time and war. This gives me faith that the love I want will always find me. Until then, I shall give that love to myself, friends, family, and community. Thank you for sharing beautiful soul!

This video truly spoke to me, most of your videos resonate, however I guess this shows that we are all truly connected as I went through something so similar this year. Met this guy, and usually (as shallow as it may be, but I have standards), if they're not what I want then frankly, I wouldn't pay them any mind. But for some reason, this guy was my 'Yes-man.' He wasn't even NEAR my type, but something about him, besides his charm (he likes to say he is, and admittedly, he is so, but I can easily look past that), made me want to be around him. He was so comfortable to talk to, and honestly felt like I was talking to a part of myself. On a higher level, he felt like a spiritual connection, because for some reason I just was drawn to him, and could not say no. In the beginning, I was Himeno, then as we continued with everything, he opened up to me about past relationships, and I guess that brought about insecurity. All his past relationships looked different from me, and the way he spoke was as though he was still into them. I was slowly turning into Misato, and I surely did. I was obsessive, desperate, insecure, and sacrificing my time, money, and unfortanely self, just to feel worthy for him. Like a dog desperate for a bone. Even though, I saw all of his flaws, and he told me them outright, I still fought and sacrificed hard. A little later a situation occurred and he ended up saying hurtful, threatening things. That was my wakeup call. Because I'll be damned if your going to speak to me that way and expect me to still kiss your ass after. He unfollowed me on insta, I did him better and blocked him. Afterwards, I guess you can say I am "Lana" now. At first, it actually wasn't hard to detach, its easy to detach from someone when you feel that they are the villain, and you have some self worth. And I did detach that first week, but then he reached out and said "I know you miss me more than anyone." Now interestingly, I saw that and laughed because I was perfectly fine without him, I didn't yearn for him, at all because I was resentful. So, I took that as him projecting. I thought "damn I must've been on his mind that much, so he must be seeking some type of validation that i feel the same way." But then for some reason, I found myself yearning for him again. Missing his company, Missing the emotions and experiences I had with him. I felt guilty, because he didn't treat me as well as I should have been, and considering all his flaws, he honestly may just be a shit person. But for some reason, I was missing him. But I knew I couldn't stay in that state, I began to start working on my self concept, revising the relationship, but also just genuinely analazying the relationship as well. And honestly, Im grateful it happened. It made me realize my self worth and value wasn't as high as I believed it to be, and that I DO have options and I DO have a bountiful life outside of him and romance in general. Right now, I could give 0 fucks if he yearns for me, desires me, or want to get back together. Because I know for a fact, it will NOT be like before, I am out of that cycle and on a new, prosperous path. However, similar to Lana, I do have a strong feeling and inner confidence that he will find his way back home (to me). And when that time comes, is not for me to be concerned with, but I will continue to trust myself, and higher guidance.

Any advice for the opposite? I may be a little bitter and resentful. I watched my dad and my guy friends and family members so I know the games guys play so I’m the type of person who would never express myself to a man in that way if they’ve hurt me. Instead, I do them how they’ll try to do me. Even if they come back. Which makes the situation worse because I’ll attempt to harshly punish them. I have a more stoic approach though. I’m not emotionally charged, which makes my actions and words cut deeper, I guess… I think what I’m asking is, how much is too much when it comes to detachment? I can detach and not care at all, but sometimes I’ll detach out of spite until I don’t care anymore.

That shows her worth, even tho this guy didn’t follow through, definitely she should not contact him but assume someone else will. Also reminds me of the assumptions that one shouldn’t take things personally, always do your best and so on. My issue with limerence is that, if I deny it to myself, I create this space for dissonance, which only drives me more crazy over time. By telling myself not to feel what I feel for that person, I am only adding fuel to the fire. It almost feels as though by allowing myself to go through all the stages of this attraction, I am letting it pass through me more freely instead of having it linger longer than it would otherwise… Tricky.

I am currently handling my own limerent battles and I really miss him but I let him go. I deleted my social media so I won't stalk him. The hardest part is seeing him some of the time because we live very close to each other.

If ever he comes back to try rekindle things, Lana should not reply. She is nothing but a play thing to him. I hope she has the sense of not engaging with him if ever he returns.
