It's always nice to watch all of what you say whole watching you paint. Helps me with the uncontrollws stress that is growing more and more in my head.

My phone is full of ideas I have for music, like chord progressions, riffs and melodies and other random bits, I record my self playing it on guitar and then I keep the video clips in google drive to come back to later. I also do write down some notes in a journal incase I need more info, names/titles or if I don't have my phone around for some reason. It's been helpful for me and I think it's something anyone doing any kind of art should do too, taking down your ideas for later is almost a necessity when you have a lot going on or not much time.
