Just a disclaimer: When I made this video I was uninformed about c-section procedure during surgery. They DO NOT remove your organs during surgery. My apologies if there was any confusion. I just made an updated C-section video if you'd like to check it out! Thanks for watching! ❤️

In some cases they do! In my birth video they had to remove my intestines cause my uterus was in a weird position. They placed it on a metal tray next to me

I’ve always used my own milk to treat cracked nipples. Lanolin and Vaseline work great, but my babies didn’t enjoy the taste of it. After each feeding I would hand express a few drops of milk and coat my nipples then let them air dry for few seconds. Breast milk has natural healing abilities and it allowed my nipples to heal faster. Hope this helps someone.

I had an emergency c section on Friday 13th, I spent two days without seeing my 35-week-old baby because I lost a lot of blood, I felt a lot of pain and I'm still recovering, but when I saw him for the first time and now every day is the best reward that I can have, women are so strong

Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. I had a C-section 3 weeks ago (first baby); I never experienced pain, maybe some slight discomfort, but it never really hurt. Nurses gave me Arcoxia and Tylex and apparently those really helped me through recovery. The area around the scar still feels kind of numb. I can sit down, get up, walk and take care of my baby pleasantly. I hope this information is useful for any new Mom. I guess all experiences are different; some might be painful and some others not so much. Btw your baby is beautiful and really cute! Nice vlog!

I had a vaginal delivery with my first, really bad experience though I had a diagnosis of pre eclampsia at 8cm dilated my sons heart rate dropped and I needed an assisted delivery with vacuum and episiotomy it sucked and my stitches came undone so I had to heal a hole down there you can imagine peeing with that trying to keep it cleaning bleeding and pooing was pretty scary so scared i would get an infection and to much scar tissue yook i weeks for the hole to fully close. I promise you there are allot of us who have horrible experiences with vaginal births aswell xx this time around I'm planning a c section i don't think it will be easier but I have more control than last time.

I had a c section 5 years ago after having excruciating stalled labor. The surgery was quick and easy and baby had a high APGAR score. I recovered so fast the doctors let me go home 2 days later with just a 800mg ibuprofen prescription which helped keep pain to a minimum. I was able to take care of my baby and still do chores around the house. They put those special stitches in that absorb into the body so I never needed stitches removed. Sure, for the first few weeks I had "moments" of pain that felt kind of like hot shards of glass, but it still wasn't as bad as my labor pain. I would absolutely get an elective c section again. I'm due March 10, but doctor says he can do a c section at week 39 if I want to go with the sure thing and skip possible complications. Honestly I don't really want to try a VBAC it just sounds worse to me. My first baby was just over 8lbs, this one will probably be 8-9lbs because I have mild GD this time but I am watching my carb intake and cutting sugar so she probably won't be huge. I am so excited. 3/3/20 will probably be the day unless she comes earlier on her own.

I had bare minimal pain with my section so I was so grateful for that! By the end of the day I was a bit sore so I rested. Moving and walking helped tremendously! You have to move but go at your own pace and don't over do it. I had staples but they took them out three days later before so went home and put steri strips. I had very light bleeding but it lasted forever. Mine lasted 8 weeks. By 3 months I felt good and by 6 I felt great! Now 9 months pp and I'm back to myself. Granny panties for the win definitely! I found this video very helpful and very informative for those who might be having a c section (first or repeat).

This is what I have heard from women who had a vagina birth before having a CS. They say CS is easier. Really surprised at the negativity. I guess we always want that which is unavailable.

so my mom had a c section 8 days ago & her high blood pressure went kinda high after she had the baby , she didn’t have high blood pressure throughout the whole pregnancy. she’s been feeling very sleepy & says that she wakes up with her head feeling like if there is water running down , she’s been to the hospital for this specific reason but they always send her back & tell her to take medicine . she’s 40 years old & i worry everyday

Thank you so very much for this video. We are less than 20 weeks, but I'm trying to learn all the info I can on an that I can. Being this is our first and probably only. God sent us this amazing gift. I'm trying to learn all that I can. Being we are older. I feel I get more afraid of certain things during this pregnancy. And knowing that they do not want us going to full 40 weeks because of my age scares me as well. So thank you so much for this video. Would love a video on BF pumping, storing, special advice on saving ask that you can. 🙏 Praying for a fully healthy pregnancy, fully healthy baby which I've had fears put into me because of our age as well. And Praying would be able to BF. Am I informed wrong that if you have a c~section that corks take longer for breastmilk to come in after birth? Any tips on how to up your supply would be greatly appreciated as well.

I actually had my incision glued. I thought that was pretty cool. I recovered pretty well at 4 weeks. I’ll be having a second c-section with a different doctor and potentially different hospital so I’m not sure how to feel about that yet. I’m afraid this time around won’t be as great. Fingers crossed! Great video.
