I need help!! I can satisfy the Strickland Test, Constructive Denial of Counsel Doctrine, and Conflict of Interest Clause to demonstrate IAOC...i am a pretrial detainee....and im trying to get a hearing conducted into my attorneys deficient inadequate performance that was rendered to me...
