My name is Esme and this is me so I guess my channel is 'This Esme'.I make videos about all things horsey such as Vlogs with the ponies, horse care videos and edits of me riding to help other equestrians learn more about these beautiful animals as you never stop learning with horses. :)

Esme is the best equestrian ever, She is so realistic and not problematic. She doesn't just show off her horses, she shows everything that goes with horses.

Clear plaiting bands…..BEST invention ever, all my horses have ombré manes that would otherwise need 2/3 diff colour plaiting bands 🤦🏻♀️. Clear bands are a game changer !!

I feel you! I have been way to afraid to do a show, and haven’t done one yet. I recently got my own horse, and really want to do a show with him. The only thing is, he’s really fast. I’m afraid to place really badly because sometimes it’s hard to keep him under control. I might do a show next month, otherwise I have to wait till June.

As far as the braiding bands, clear might work better since I think white would also stand out. Worth a shot 😊 love the video!

30+ yrs ago we didn't have the choice like today for cleaning our tack just a tin of orange saddle soap and lots of elbow grease😅😅 You've such great helmets, I remember the skull cap helmets with chin guards that used to be so uncomfortable to wear and banned not long after, and velvet hats with the button missing from the top and a bit of frayed elastic to keep it on your head, the staple of many a riding school back then, 😯😯 Not to forget those string girths,😅😅 Such happy memories, but you've definitely got some gorgeous items of tack and I love seeing how well you take care of them, after all the better care you take of them the longer they'll last, ❤️❤️

I think that it’s nice to sometimes do something with your horses as shows not filming and I really respect that you don’t show everybody your own life like your family for example I really want to become like you kind, beautiful, sharing ……… I also really like your music on videos, you, horses you are an amazing person I wish everyone in this world would be like you ❤❤❤

heya! for plaiting i actually have silver bands, which might help with Joey's mane. also a frequently used technique is with a needle and a special type of thread, which you dont see in the end. Maybe that's also an option?
