Nice video guys, here in the Netherlands we use one treble in the back, and, sometimes one in the tail(the one in the head can go too deep inside the pikes' and can do a lot of damage), but since you use such large baits, I would put some bigger hooks(size 1 or 1/0), after the bite count to 10 and strike, that should be enough to hook the pike. I also think that the line needs to be loose for the pike not too feel the tension. Other than that, amassing landscapes over there. Nice underwater videos. Cheers from South Holland!

Zanders very very often stay with breams especially during winter time. While catching zanders in winter often breams attack the same lures.

Some insane underwater footage guys 😍 we do see here as well, that the best zander spots in winter are right where you find the big schools of bream. They indeed hide in between the bream, and also really big ones 😅👌🏼

Ive been seeing allot with vippa that they dont release if you put them in its better to use a small loop and lay it on the vippa to reduce the tension the same is for using spinning reels instead to reduce tension and also for rigs use the lead in between both trebles so it doesnt feel it while taking the bait

@@Boatside yes i learned most of this by failing many times last year when i was fishing Zander on ismete and it is unbelievable how careful they are it took me 5 session to be able to hook one because they drop it as soon as they feel any resistense i hope you will catch that Griss as you say in Swedish with this tips

Det är allt som oftast helt värdelöst att köra dead bait, jag har provat massor 50/50 och aldrig har det ens varit i närheten av levande. Och aldrig knarr på rullen! Kan räcka för att slita ner spöt. Jäkligt spännande undervattensfilmer! 👍

Det motståndet knarren har har gjort att jag vaskat två ismeteutrustningar! 😂 jag gjorde en kopia av Milles vurpa men hann inte dit. Men då var det blankis båda gångerna och pga motståndet från knarren välte spöna och troligtvis slog i veven så det blev stumt så spöna simmade iväg. Så nu är man jäkligt noggrann med allt kan jag lova! 😅 men jag förstår om det kan va känsligt att filma med livebait.

long ago expirimented with big bream deadbaits and even 80cm pikes nailed the 40 cm (1.5 kilo) plus breams so the story the build an seize of the bream preventing pike to eat them is not substantial
