$400 is a good deal for all that you have there--when we first arrived in Bacolod nearly 7 years ago, we stayed temporarily (2 years) in a townhouse 2-story which had three bedrooms and a garden area. We paid 15,000 pesos a month ($300US). Now our retirement home is finished, with 80sqm of interior space on 490 sqm of land--lots of green around us, views of the hills to the east...I have no doubt I'd enjoy living in the Dumaguete area as well.

Really like the house floorplan and grounds layout including a very spacious guest house. 400 is a fantastic rate

For 20k Pesos its literally a steal, you should never leave unless you have to. By the way: congrats on reaching almost 1400 subscribers! Here in Bukidnon lots of nice houses are for rent now starting 4.000 peso. Too many people don't have work anymore and are suffering.

I know this is an oldish video but it has the same problem as your latest video so I hope you get a new camera soon or if it's because of your editing software then change that also. I kind of think it's the editing software because I believe you have a good camera and a good laptop and computer because of Garry.
