You can install PWM to the motor..you can control the speed.. motor become quite and last long..

Definitely would be easier , but air cooled turbo is expensive, i plan on it but for the sake of the budget build I did it this way

I see it's around 14psi of boost, is that on plain pump 91 or 93? Do you know what kind of timing * is in it at that boost level

I just bought a fitting kit 45 90 and straight fitting . But I recommend just buying a kit from Amazon
