The only advice that would possibly be different for a natural vs an enhanced lifter would be volume of lifts and rest time… nutritional truths don’t change just because you’re on gear, naturals dirty bulk all the time, lots of people on gear have super strict diets it doesn’t all go one way..

Keep in mind on gear you have increased protein synthesis so your body will literally absorb more protein and use more nutrients to build muscle. Don’t dirty bulk if your natural you will mostly get fat. On gear you can eat like this and still stay relatively lean while building muscle.

no one ever told anyone to get big eating chicken, rice & broccoli. that would be a DIET. as in, to LOSE or MAINTAIN weight. but that doesn't mean the only way to bulk is to dirty bulk. PLEASE DO NOT DIRTY BULK. some fat can never be lost! if you wanna clean bulk, there are so many options, and you've probably already thought of them! fast sources of slow carbs that come in the form of whole foods, like oatmeal. healthy fats like nuts and butters. hell, WHOLE MLIK IS STILL FINE. that shit is a miracle drink! protein, carbs, fat! whole milk's got it in spades tbh

I agree. Not for everyone.. but for some like me then yes, this is definitely the case.. I have a crazy fast metabolism & am just naturally skinny & ripped (also been lifting since I was 12 & come from a family of bodybuilders, health/fitness freaks, etc etc.. so I was blessed to learn the right way from a young age etc.. also, currently I’m 27).. I can bulk up easily & extremely quickly (a lot due to muscle memory honestly..) by just eating fast foods always, or eating clean as well, a mix of both even.. really just anything & everything. I can just eat whatever I want personally really, as long as I just pound food, make sure I get as many grams of protein as pounds I weigh at the time daily, & get a shit ton of calories in me, just making sure I eat a shit ton of food daily, no matter what it may be I’m eating. Because of my crazy metabolism I bulk up & stay cut at the same time with no issues, so I am blessed with that honestly, though it also takes a lot more work & effort & a shit ton more food intake for me to really bulk a lot.. so yeah.. the grass is always greener on the other side lol.. I’ve done it for so long though off & on, that now I can gain about 30 pounds of muscle & stay pretty cut as well with it pretty damn quick, I’m about 2 months if I really want. Though it’s rough! I have to make myself full & eat till I’m full every two hours basically, no days off, every single day, plus lifting hard 5 days a week. Just for perspective too.. if I don’t lift or eat like that, just naturally I’d only be about 130-135 lbs & am 5’7 tall.. so naturally I’m very skinny/lean & not that big. Though I can get myself to 175lbs+ now with all the muscle memory I’ve gained through doing it my whole life essentially, & am currently at 160, working now on bulking up past 175 now.. which is massive for me! Even at 160 I’m massive & very jacked, so I’m excited to go beyond the biggest I’ve ever gotten this time around & make it past 175lbs..

Why do people act like bulking is so hard? I can eat 5000 calories a day easy. But eating at or around 2000 is damn near impossible. I had 2 eggs, 2 kiwis, a hamburger, snacked on some string cheese, at a quesadilla, yogurt, whey protein and right there is 2000 calories and I’m still hungry AS FUCK!!!!

That's what I was always taught. Gary Williams got me into lifting out of Ed Ryan's gym and I seen him bench five hundred at fifty years old. Eat everything you possibly can and lift as heavy as you can for low reps was his way.

Most of the famous movie stars that got bulked up ate a lot of bad stuff. You want to bulk a faster if you have to eat certain foods. Bulking up and gaining weight is different than getting in shape. I thought that was common sense. I don't think people understood what he was saying in the video.

Not entirely wrong but definitely not completely right. In a bulking context sometimes you may need to eat some less healthy foods to meet your calorie goals, especially if you struggle eating large amounts of food. However, u should definitely not eat huge amounts of sugar and fat on a daily basis.

I thought i could not gain weight, did the JM diet for 2 weeks and man did i gain weight 3 sausage egg McMuffins with hash browns and an orange juice Lunch was 2 Chinese food combo plates fried rice chow mein and two entrees And dinner was a large pizza The actual JM diet add mayonnaise packets to the sausage egg McMuffins And candy bars in between meals didn't do that because I thought it would be Overkill if I did I probably would have gained more weight but even after I stopped I continue to gain weight slower of course but it was like a snowball effect I didn't know any better and should have started tracking my macros for a cut a slow one like maybe half a pound a week But to my detriment I jumped on the carnivore diet after lost 40 lb in 2 months I lost all my strength and gains although i was quite vascular but I digress dirty bulking is probably the best way to do it

I am just completely disinterested in gaining weight. I train for strength but I prefer to stay under 195 pounds. I’m not into the big body builder look. Hell I don’t even like looking like a gymnast, even that look is big for my liking. I just want to look athletic and feel strong.

You gotta combine both meals Chicken breast with rice and veg has little fat and some carbs. Then add fatty and carb loaded ice cream to balance out macros.
