Stan "The Man: Musial was a very famous slugger for the St. Louis Cardinals. Very high price for his card. Close to Babe Ruth or Lou Gehrig.

The old item at the end of the video is an old clothes wringer. It usually clamped to the side of lthe wash bucket and the wet clothes were fed through the two rollers. There is a crank handle on the side to turn the rolls. Above the rolls were a spring assembly to keep pressure on the rollers.

Patience girl, lay low awhile longer! I had my first baby 6 months ago & had a c section & I feel like i JUST fully recovered last month! This unit is pretty cool. Glad to see pepper also ! 💕

It's so great to see everyone together on this unit. Miss Pepper isn't fazed by all the noise at all. That's a good sign. She's a doll! It's also good to see Mama Patience out and about again. I'm sure you all will make sure she doesn't overdo too much! You barely made a dent on that unit, and you have already made your money back, just with the bows. Hello, darling Pepper! So, my question is.. how do people pack like that? A bunch of change and knives on gmas plate thrown in a chest, thrown in a storage unit. Not judging. It’s just that I could bubble wrap that plate, wrap it in paper, put it in a box, with more bubble wrap and it would still end up broken..

That wooden that you were looking is for an old washing. It is called the wringer. It wrung the water out of clothes so they could be hung up to dry. My older sister had her hand run the wringer as a child .

the item at the end, you're trying to drag out...looks like it may be an old wringer/mangle. the wood frame construction may imply it is late 19c/early 20c....

Jeremy that wood thing in the front of the unit looks like a laundry washing wringer. People used them to get the water out of the clothes going from wash water to rinse water. If that is what it is it's an oldie. I could be wrong but from what I saw from the side that's what it looked like.

if using wooden rollers then pre 1920,s after that started to use rubber(ised) rollers more forgiving then wood (as my kid brother will attest after i (persuaded ) him to put his hand in)

Patience should not be lifting heavy things until she's at least six weeks out. Some crochet hooks in the lifesavers tin, but also a tracing wheel for sewing. I don't think any of them are antique, so probably not worth a whole lot. They are made to look older (some of them). Stan Musial was very good and very famous. Played in the 50s. What an interesting, eclectic unit. Definitely worth it, though.
