Today we have for you, Restaurant Style Tandoori Naan made without Maida, Yeast or Oven. It has mininal ingredients and is a super quick recipe that can be served with almost every gravy sabzi or non-veg dish.

Let's learn how to make this:
Take 1.5 cup wheat
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp salt
1 tsp powered sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
make a dough with a room temperature water or warm water and keep adding little oil
Keep it for rest around 10-15minutes
Take black sesame seeds(kalaunji), coriander, and garlic finely chopped or grated
You might notice that the dough has risen. Make small balls and make it in an oval shaped roti and stick the kalaunji, garlic and coriander leaves.
Add a lot of water on the other side and then put it on pre-heated tawa until it rises. Flip the pan and cook on the other side as shown in video'
