When my ex started really mistreating me I didn't stick around to find out when the next assault was going to happen. I divorced my husband to protect my children .... NOBODY deserves to be mistreated, hurt or abused there is NO excuse whatsoever. I truly hope you will be alright .. maybe read up on some books about narcissism... boy is it an eye opener!!

1) Stop initiating any type of conversation. (Conversation, call, text, making plans) You are chasing him, anything you chase runs away from you. 2) Stop making yourself so available.Stop answering the calls when he calls right away, you don't have time all the time for him ( Dating is collecting data. ) 3) Don't ever initiate plans (let him buy the tickets wtc) or dont ever cancel your plans for him unless he is willing to do the same 4) Continue dating when collecting data. Don't date just one man when you are collecting date to see if they are a match for you. (no sex with them, get to know them better) You will really found out what a man's thought process is when you take sex of the table. 5) Mirror his behavior when he doesn't value you.

“Mirror his behavior” PRICELESS ADVICE!!! 🔥🔥🔥 As women, we were NEVER MEANT to be the chasers, but be chased as the QUEENS we are. We are RECEIVERS, PRICELESS. Even in the Bible, you don’t see women chasing men but men going out of their way to find that special one. Fearfully and Wonderfully made daughters of the Most High hold your position 👸🏽 ❤️❤️

Yes. We want a man who has better judgement than us. A man with leadership qualities that we can wholeheartedly trust taking over control behind the wheel. Reliable, takes his responsibilities seriously, provides a safe place for us to be vulnerable, protects our vulnerabilities, is accountable, values cooperation and working as a team over competing _against_ us. A man devoted to his passions, works towards growth and fights for what he believes is right. This is the type of man we can be feminine and nurturing and supportive towards, this is the type of man who’s judgement we can wholeheartedly respect. I want to support that man to be his best self, for our family and for me and for himself, and I want to trust that he has good intentions for us. That’s all we want. Quit allowing men who lack those qualities to touch your wheel and drive you into a ditch in the meantime, save your feminine energy for a masculine man.

This didn't help me. I started to mirror his behavior, and suddenly I was the wrong one who didn't value him. When he makes it up in his mind "I got her", isn't that the aim?? How long do we act like the deer fleeing from the tiger? Eventually we have to get caught, right? I no longer believe we can MAKE a man who already does not value us VALUE US. Once they form that perception that we are low priority, it's dead in the water.

I think this is more early dating advice. Allow the man to chase and initiate in the beginning. This won’t always be the case after the dating phase is over and you’ve established a more meaningful relationship though. This is affected more by your personality type than whether you’re a man or a woman. An ISFJ man wants that comfort of knowing you’re going to cooperate and stick around. And he’s going to take care of your needs and devote himself to keep you around if he’s already begun investing in you. Allow the man to invest. Not everyone wants to chase tail their whole lives but you still have to sit back and let the man choose you and invest in you, not the other way around. Just how it is

I’ve recently come across a man who did the sweetest, most attentive gestures in the first month; then showed no value towards the relationship and eventually broke it off after a month. I’ve always been told date to marry. After watching your videos; it’s been an eye opener! Especially the one with common lies men say.. he told me all of that and I naively reassured him that he does deserve love, he does deserve care, he IS worthy. Now I know he was just bluffing the entire time and he just didn’t want to commit to me. Thanks for the content! I’ve been doing this all wrong for 10 years!

Brother Ken, You are truly a blessing! Shalom! I worked two jobs to save money for a down payment on a house for my husband and me, although he made more money than I. I pursued my second Master Degree, cooked dinner, and stayed loyal to my husband. When he started engaging in multiple affairs outside of our marriage and treated me disrespectfully, I left him although he did not want a divorce. How stupid! He created that mess! Therefore, he should pay for it. Brother Ken, I have nothing but love and respect for you and your wisdom. Your wife is blessed to have you as her husband. Shalom!

NUMBER 1 Suggest is completely wrong. When your partner ghosts you, , text short msg letting him know that he initiated the silence, and you accept his decision for whatever reason and don't care. Then say that this will be your last communication, as after this msg, you will delete him from your phone, heart and all memories. THEN BLOCK HIM AND FROM HERE ON, NEVER EVER MAKE ANY CONTACT. This is to bring him down on his knees that instead of you breaking down, crying or begging, you have instead moved on. HIS EGO WILL BE CRUSHED THAT ACTUALLY YOU DUMPED HIM AND ARE HAPPY TO MOVE ON. (And yes, I am a doctor, psychotherapist and a counsellor)

Interesting question. Suppose your partner knows what you value, because you have stated this. for example, during an argument he resorted to name calling and degrading and now doesnt seem to bother, or says its not that big of a deal or doesnt want to talk about it, comes home late from work and your left there wondering whether he registered or not?! I am currently looking for a place to stay, so this is just the current situation. What does one do or not do? I get it people argue with one another when in a relationship, we grow from it, but for me its like there is a certain way to argue and when one partner begins to name call or speak in a certain way then, the respect is not mutual. Thanks anyway
