Sis, Try to Stay focused on and work on you.. keep healing. If you think about breaking No Contact, just remember how he broke your heart, broke you down and more! 😢 Try looking into the mirror and into your eyes. The realization of pain is there, and being honest with yourself as your tears flow from the disbelief, yet the truth of his evil character and how you were treated, lied to and about, disrespected, manipulated, gaslighted, love bombed and more.... do I need to go on? Believe me, I know 😢Find your inner strength as you look into your eyes and honestly realize you are worth more than a doormat, a placeholder, a sex object, someone to be toyed with... and you will discover.. the one to choose is You❤. I know... went thru the same, still healing each day, as I pour love into me, discovering self-love and praying for strength daily. We all have one life.. why are we allowing a monster to break our spirits? You got this, trust in you, and find happiness in what you do for you. Stay in tune, in touch, and stay in Contact with you. Begin a new chapter in your life that you choose... step thru fear and trust the process. I almost broke no Contact, and each time, it triggered his evil actions, and I chose me instead and will remain doing so.🎉 You got this... believe in you. Peace of mind and opening my eyes each morning is a blessing and not wirth sacrificing me to allow another to treat me less than... I choose to be in a relationship with me, each day I decide what is best for me... that loser ex is dead to me.. hallelujah! Peace of mind is beautiful. You/we deserve more.. no rush though. Put our focus of love on self❤

If you want her back make her WORK for it ….. from now on -- you can NEVER give her love or affection for free… she is “good” you treat her right… if she acts up … punish her …. Sounds like hell right …. It’s what THEY do…. We have actual feelings…. The CANT feel like we do … their brain is messed up …. So unless you do this she will dump you again and IF you do this it has to be life long …. Untill her brain becomes wired to YOU …. Robotic … and not love …. Just know … you “feel” she sees winning and loosing and if you take her back without conditions she doesn’t want you- you’re weak and dumb because you love her when she “knows” she’s unlovable and as far as she feels there is no “love” just exchange of use untill they get bored…. Can you believe we were with someone that’s the closest thing to a cyborg known to man - half human half machine….and I don’t know about a soul …. They’re so demented …. Always remember accusations are confessions …. Sympathy ploys are a trick… the only “love” you when you “break” them because they see you as being smarter than them…. And you scare them…. Kindness is a ploy … they are only nice when they want something and if you give them something ANYTHING without them working for it “you wanted something from them and you were trying to con them to let their guard down” you can’t love like a sane person in crazy town…NEVER say I love you … the closest thing they can honestly accept is “you know you deserve love right……”you matter” (but that’s pushing it) treat them like abused children and they might stay but you have got to know that if you EVER try to go …. You better run hide and not tell them because they WILL try to remove you in the flesh so that they can “keep you” alive in their head…
