Sweet sausage crumbled and sautéed onion & garlic are married with chopped tomatoes & spinach then drizzled with hot pepper oil.

This looks amazing!!! I am a mixture of Irish, English, Scottish, and Dutch but I am also a "foodie" who loves to try all types of different foods. My husband was from Venezuela so I learned to love much about their traditional foods as well as Italian and Mexican...we tried all types of different things as well as my own beloved Southern food. I also love Mountie Nathan and look forward to all the adventures he will have in S9. Can hardly wait for March 6th!!!

You are so sweet. The dish looks wonderful. I will have to make it soon. Though I love Lucas to bits...I do love Nathan chopping the wood. My..oh..my!!! My favorite scene with Nathan is when he has his talk with Lucas...excellent acting on both parts. I can repeat the sense word for word..while crying. Big deal for a Senior Citizen. Love you!

Roxanne, you are so cute and spirited. I enjoy all of your videos. Love your enthusiasm! Nathan - hot & spicy? Not so much but we all have different tastes, right? Teehee! The recipe looks delicious. Wondering if it would be good with a combo of sweet & hot sausages. I plan to try it soon.

😂 My dad makes his with a combo of sweet and spicy sausage. We also have an Italian market here that makes all these different types of delicious sausage. One that we love has spinach and asiago cheese inside of the crumble. It’s so good
