It would be very reasonable for Bill to spend months in a hospital recovering. At that time treatment for tb were not pretty and had long recovery. I can see people from Hope Valley going to visit Bill in Union City, even Lucas and Elizabeth on their way to honeymoon. (They can stay at the same hotel they stayed at on their non-date date) My gut says that the Thatchers and Bouchards have crossed paths in way or another. I thought even Elizabeth's brother in law Lionel and Lucas might also could have crossed paths in prep school.

Very interesting!!! We know that Jack is back in Hope Valley to begin filming S10 and I agree that he might not be back right away. I personally think he has pneumonia or something like that...not TB...Brian Bird did say that only one of those things could be cured then!!! I think Fiona is going to be a force to be reckoned with in S10 as well. I hope Arthur Gilchrist will become a regular!! Interesting thoughts about Lucas & Elizabeth's families...always need some good conflict to keep the story interesting and moving forward. Just ecstatic that our favorites are returning to Hope Valley❤❤❤❤❤

Jack Wagner was at the airport heading back to wcth last week. Also lucas'mom is a regular character on Virgin River which is filming seasin 5 in Vancouver fir next 12 weeks..on netflix
