In other countries you don’t have nearly the amount of rights that Americans do. A lot of times these people are correct. Just because you’re arrested doesn’t mean the cops were allowed to arrest or search you. That’s why a lot of the cases in these videos get thrown out. You can’t be asked questions before being read your Miranda rights. The cops can’t search your vehicle without your permission if it wasn’t apart of the crime. The issue is that most people don’t understand the difference between being detained and being arrested
