If i remember correctly spider sense don't work on spidey's friends and At the moment deadpool was already spiderman's friend.

Spider sense works even on his friends but not his own brainwaves, so since venom adapted a lot from Peter before merging with Eddie, that series of symbiotes appear as a blank spot. Friends of Peter ARE able to circument his spider sense, but they have to make him extremely flustered or surprise him with something completely not danger related, and then attack him at that exact moment. Black Cat has done this once or twice. Its not that spider sense doesnt activate, its just other alarms unrelated to danger drown it out.

He could be walking past a completely docile inanimate object, and if there is a bomb completely hidden in it about to go off on him, he'll sense it even if to him perception-wise its a harmless object. If someone used mind control on Mary Jane or Aunt May to pull a knife on him, it would definitely feel odd since he's mind is registering them as both objects of affection and SUDDENLY danger, but he'd still sense the danger. Although he might outright ignore it if he finds the idea too ridiculous. But, like I said before, if someone makes him flustered enough, the neorons from that are going to drown out spider sense, but not erase it. Even before Peter met that old codger Ezekial who informed him his powers was partially based on totem magic, Peter already knew his Spider sense was not rooted in science. Peter's not an idiot, his adult self realized his spider sense could not be reactions to vibrations like it is with real spiders, but he was a mutated spiderman surrounded by tons of metahumans with different powers, so he just assumed it was a package deal. Enhanced uses of the spider sense can actually give you clear visions of the future. So yeah, trust has nothing to do with triggering the spider-sense or not...its phychic warnings barraging his neurons. He could ignore it out of disbelief, have a villain make a trap so complex its hard to interpret, or someone might make him flustered enough to drown out the spider sense. But its not trust based. It only makes Peter disbelieve his own senses, which is why the Chameleon is part of his rogue's gallery....if he doesn't expect him, its easier to ambush him, but once he knows he's fighting the Chameleon, he usually defeats him by re-focusing his spider sense, no matter what disguise he has on.

Peter parker has his own business and pretends spider man is his bodyguard. And deadpool is tricked into thinking that Peter is doing inhuman experiments on people. So to save spider man from a horrible boss and punish peter he kills peter.

Mephisto's gambit was still in play. Getting deadpool to kill him was a part 1 of a plan to taint his soul and win the bet.
