This only works when the ex wants to get back. When you' were with someone that was just using you, they won't want to come back because they realize you're not going to tolerate their bs anymore. They'll miss what you did for them, but they won't miss you. They'll replace you and that will be it.

Enough time goes by and you get relieved that you’re done with someone who dumped you. My bf contacted me after 2days of NC ,telling me he can t handle the pain anymore..he said he was feeling pain in chest,he was having pannick attacks,he couldn t sleep,and all he could think is our beautiful memories...i gave him another chance but i said we need to take things slowly....i didn t expected this kind of vulnerability from his part,and for sure didn't t expected for him to suffer like this,so they even feel physically pain...keep your faith people ,break ups do hurt the dumpers also ,sometimes even worse then us...

I just wanted to say that it only took 1 week for her to come back. She broke no contact and called me in the morning. Listen to what they preach and you won’t regret it.

Craig, life put me your videos and I got to met you both. I always bond with people that I like/love, very deep. With you and Margaret I felt it. Margaret was someone that I only met through videos and I was hoping someday when I'm better I could have a coaching call with her and tell her how she made me feel, like if I was speaking with my mother or my grandmother, a place from caring and understanding, a place of love, a shoulder to cry on and a hand on my head telling me everything was going to be okay, I always started your videos crying in despair and sadness and watching you and Margaret smile at me always left me smiling by the end of the video, and that's something INCREDIBLE. It crushed my heart knowing that I won't be able to let her know how important she was to me, the things she said and the energy, the peace she gave out. I was a rebound and lasted for over a year..I had no idea I was until I watched a ton of therapy videos and looking back and remembering how angry my ex was at his ex when we were together and constantly nagging about her and lastly, seeing her on my ex's Facebook page after he broke up with me! In conclusion, being a rebound sucks

They reached out with memes/gifs and jokes 4 days ago and I responded. We had some back and fourth. Once he stopped replying I did too. Such humanity from 2 pure souls. I had an ex break up with me and come back 8 years later.

My relationship ended 9months ago nc 7months and I’ve given up on her. Got my head sorted and I’ve got myself back not sure if that’s the process of working on yourself. Still think of her but not so much now and tip toeing into dating which not met anyone I’ve really liked yet but positive I will. So I’m staying nc as worked for me with moving forward. I loved this video and good luck all.

I wasn't in a romantic relationship with a particular lady but I let her know that I would be there for support as I realised that she had some sort of trauma from past life experiences as she had mentioned certain little things over the years that I was able to piece together somehow without knowing it. Last month I had a small conversation with her about how she does not have to prove herself to be just as good or better than the men she works with. She was upset about many things. Long story short I had texted her over a period of 4 weeks at least twice a week saying to her just checking in to see how her day was. In one reply she said that she appreciated me seeing her and that it meant a lot to her. One night I rang her to ask for some advice on how long and what temperature to cook a certain pie as I had a mind blank and that triggered her somehow. The next day she said I had crossed boundaries which I was unaware of. Later that day I had seen a missed call from her so I called back but no answer so I hung up. One minute later she called me back and raved on about the same thing and said that she doesn't need me and that she has other people in her life to support her etc. and also with some nervous stuttering in her voice. So straight away I have been avoiding her with no contact but there was one time that I did come across her as my work involves being at the place of work where she is but it is not that I would see her every day. I think she is a DA or FA or whatever but it just seems weird to me that she suddenly turned against me when she has trust issues with her other co workers but opened up a little to me beforehand. I am at a loss. Don't know what to make of it as like I said I wasn't in a relationship with her.

4 months and nothing. Ex is out having a blast every weekend while my grief increases daily.

Its my 3rd breakup with my ex….she came back the first time after 2 weeks, second time after 2months….but this time i’m sure she is never coming back i shouted at her when i was struggling at work and was tensed and that was it she says she doesn’t feel like talking to me and what if i tell you i can’t do this anymore and can’t put any more efforts…..that was last conversation since then in no contact…been 16 days…i lost her it was a 2year relationship i feel so lost and pathetic

My ex reached out 5 months after NC and have been sending messages every month or two for 8 months asking me to reply even going to the extent of making me feel guilty about it. I never replied. I realized he was not worth even one reply but this was hard to do during the time we broke up. Funny how time affects the mindset of people.

I’ve been in NC for 6 months. He left a present in my driveway 2 months ago on my birthday but that’s it. No text, no email, no call.

I do wish Margaret was still here. I would have loved to have had a coaching session with her about my current heart break.

Funny, im becoming more grateful for no contact taking longer. Brief calls and texts but had to go further no contact. I feel with all the chaos that happened in my life, patience is a huge lesson for me.

I had a 1 year relationship on and off, 3 breakups. It’s been six months since last breakup, 3 months since last contact. She has moved on and is seeing someone else. I’m not sure if there is still hope in my case, she randomly likes some of my posts, but it’s been a while now. Not sure if she’ll change her mind to be honest, my case is a difficult one. I’ll stay in NC and let’s see what happens. She saw my improvement, new car, new job, starting my own business, but not a word from her, she is an stubborn avoidant. Any tips? Thanks again.

Hello, I need advice. I’ve been no contact with my ex for 3 months right after he broke up with me. We had a really great relationship but I wasn’t the best at communication and he couldn‘t do it anymore. Now I found something in my home which I bought for him and we also thought was lost. I’m thinking of giving it back to him (putting it in his mailbox without a note or anything. Do you guys think that’s a good idea or is that breaking no contact? I knew it woumd be mich harder being a man and her having for activity in her life than me. Its tough, but ive been doing NC since the break up. But to think its easier for her to do NC, makes it even harder !!

The only person worthy of waiting around for is JESUS. Stop wasting your life and time waiting for someone who dumped you like a bad habbit. Just saying, trust me that i mean this with all the love inside of me, not trying to hurt you, just want to wake you up. Life is too short to waste it.

What if I was contacting the first month . Then went NC. She suddenly came around and wanted to see me. Then she went cold again. Then I went NC again while she reached out the whole time but was cold. Then in the second month I went NC again and she’s not reaching out at all. She is staying with her family and has all the support in the world. I’m pretty sure she’s moved on.

For now it has been 2 weeks of NC. Our anniversary would've been in 10 days I'm convinced they will reach out after they realize I didn't send them a message on that day. I'll update if there's updates. If I don't edit there's no update

Men have it harder, yes. We are fighting/solution driven. Women just sit there, as trophy, be nice and pretty, knowing that most of us would drop everything and go to her on one text. They love to know they are pursued and wanted. Especially today, with social media and simp all over the place. So we must do counterintuitive things - not chase, not please, just stay focused and drive calmly. It can eventually trigger this evolutionary mechanism and she will start to think deeply.

Craig, I left town during no contact because I was so hurt that I didn’t want to be around when he came back. My question is : When she broke up with me she asked for space and time to heal "for a long time" and SHE requested no contact. I'm respecting her needs on that, after a week of failing to do so.
