1) Cube chicken, sprinkle with baking soda, let sit for 15 minutes and then rinse out; set aside to dry 2) Prep broccoli 3) To hot wok, add chicken, season with soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, white pepper, salt; remove from pan once golden 4) Add more oil to same pan and stir fry broccoli; remove from pan when done 5) Sauce: in same pan on low heat combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, sesame oil, chicken bouillon, and water; let simmer 6) In separate pot, cook/warm egg noodles until ready 7) Add cooked egg noodles, broccoli, and chicken to sauce and toss together and serve Optional- top with chopped peanuts and crushed red pepper flakes 8) Voila~ no takeout disappointment! *Looks delicious, thank you for sharing! I can't wait to try it out tonight :)!*

Here’s a tip from a Chinese person for making your stir-fried meat juicy and “silky”. Mix the meat with a little corn starch, neutral oil and your seasonings (soy sauce/ salt, etc…) until there’s a coating. It doesn’t have to be a lot, as long as there’s a coating around the meat and it shouldn’t be dry either. It’s as simple as that and it’s a restaurant secret that even a lot of Chinese home cooks don’t know about!

A trick to chop broccoli that I learned from workin in a Thai restaurant, try putting broccoli upside down (stalk up), cutting the small broccoli from the big stalk then cut the small broccoli in half from its stem to florets. That would not let the small florets gone wasted!

I’m sad about it. 😕 However, I did find that Valencia peanuts have little ability to build up mold in storage, so from now on, I am going to only purchase peanut butter made with those peanuts and consume in moderation. 🙏 I do love grass fed butter with my food, as well. 😊

I am going to make this, because it looks and sounds better than most places near me. Also I would like to say, I have found not use metal utensils on non-stick coated pans. I found that the metal can scrape the coating up and ingesting that coating can cause a myriad of health issues.

@@NeptuneLite I recognized the pan, the reason I said anything is because I did research into this brand specifically recently. I was excited because Gordon Ramsay endorsed it but found it fell short of what the brand is claiming in terms of durability of the non-stick coating. I personally don't take the chance with using nonstick coated anything anymore, the usage of PFA in the coating is suspected to possibly cause things like cancer. Multiple brands claim to be non toxic but it can be a lie and a lot of times it is.

not everyone does measurements. This looks like about 1/3 cup peanut butter. The rest looks to be tablespoons, to me. Looks like half teaspoon of minced garlic, not enough for me. I would use oyster sauce and siracha the least since it has a very pungent flavor. You can always add siracha after. When cooking like this, add to taste, start small, teaspoon, then 2 and so on. 4 teaspoons equal one tablespoon. Good luck.

Ordering takeout is definitely a lottery! Sometimes it's great, but sometimes I'm so disappointed I could cry because I wasted my money.

Girl I thought I was the only one. Every time you order takeout you feel like, " Dang! I could have made something better than this." I guess us people who know how to cook and throw things together well, we get disappointed with take out.

My kids always ask why I don’t order out. I always tell them I’ll just end up disappointed as I know I can make it better and cheaper.
