If you regulate your intensity, building your base, you won't need to deload. Or cut your volume

​@@robgronkowski947True* I've been doing it for years. Sticking to 2-3RIR, periodically go to 1RIR and keep cycling through implements in periods and I maintain growth And progress. Regulating intensity prevents the need to drop to 60% 1RMs. Those are technique-building weights.
