How am I just finding you geniuses?! I consider myself blessed. Thank you for your amazing advice. I just learned from y’all about 2-3 weeks ago about getting enough protein and I’m finally seeing movement!! Eating more! Just getting in high quality protein as top priority. ❤❤❤

A good technique is to have high protein meals or shakes handy for when you have junk food cravings. Often, they get rid of the cravings.

Easy: 1- Only eat Whole Foods and cook them at home (with butter and lard) avoid vegetable oils. 2- Eat between ~10am and ~6pm 3- Once you make 1 and 2 your lifestyle, allow yourself to eat processed foods (dine out) around 20 percent of your total meals. Success!

I was lean and mean for a long time.Fast forward with 2 shoulder injury and couldnt train for 8 years. I put on a beer belly that I didnt even notived I had ,,,,until one day I saw a man walking towards me and I ask my wife if my belly wasthat big. She said YES! I looked into the window display as the man was passing by, I was like F#$%^&. It has taken me 3 years to get back to my old self of lean and mean. Is a slow process. Took 8 years to gain that belly and 3 years to take off .

So what is the approach you should take when your in those body fat percentages like 25-30% do you cut or bulk? I don't think they addressed that question he asked. I think most of the advice that is given with regards to bulking is for people in the 15-20% body fat range, or am I mistaken?

I'm by no means an expert, but I've heard them say you almost always wanna start with your focus being on building muscle and getting a good foundation before focusing on actually losing body fat.

Nah you need to do both. Walk as much as possible every day and weight train.

what he means is, there is no point cutting if you don't have any muscle to show for it which is why bulking is better to begin with even if you are in the higher ranges of body fat %. Else if you cut and have no muscle, then you're just gonna be skin and bones @@chasepotter2376

⁠why don’t you guys do a 2 month test? Eat 70-80g protein for 2 months. Eat same calories and lift just as hard. Let’s see if you lose any size at all. If you do lose muscle you can get it back quick. Why not do a test for yourself to truly see first hand? You’re all about test and studies right?

My guy needs to buy a scale and start weighing the lasagna and look it up in my fitness and plug it in. Also intermittent fast and make sure you're hitting your water intake your body weight x2. Ounces. And cut out the candy completely and instead get some light string cheese sticks and some zero sugar beef jerky as snacks instead.
