Mexican warrior Oscar Valdez will face Australian former world title challenger Liam Wilson in a special 10-round junior lightweight attraction on Friday, March 29 at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona. Jr had the name, he had power and heart. But he also never met a punch that he ever wanted to avoid. Lack of elite skill was a big part of that. He was never going to be his father. But, he was decent for a short stretch.

he wasn’t at his best tho . Ha never actually trained good for any fights 😅I mean being on drugs and still being able to perform without getting knocked out it’s pretty good to me .

This man did not want to box. He would be like a kid on the verge of tears with his pops pushing him out his corner to fight. When that man was eating a big bowl of cereal in his draws while his pops was shadow boxing, i knew he was done.

He still won a wolrd title..still had some solid performances against Marcol antonio rubio, manfredo and Andy Lee...and he almost came back against Sergio Martinez...Honestly, all things considered..not bad for a man that didnt like to box..
