Of course that jumps don't really matter, the most important is understanding the technique and basics as well love to figure skating.. 💗 By the way this video and your skating are gorgeous!

Yes! As a child... but I stopped when it got too serious and took too much of my childhood time...but I am definitely going to start again :)

Hiii! I've been watching you vids now and I wanted to asked, what workout did you do when you were on your period?

Hi! Well it depends on you, if you feel like doing a hard workout, then go for it, but I would go for some low-impact workouts and stretching. I personally don't like to do anything on the first day of my period, but unfortunately that is never a possibility for me haha! Try my Yoga video and my beginner videos, they are quite low-impact workouts.
