I wasn’t offended whatsoever. I have many things that demand improvement, but how I find a mentor who doesn’t charge out the ass? He must have a proven track record. @B Everyone is before they start. I think you'll be surprised how welcoming the community is. And when it comes to the techniques you learn and applying them to a live roll situation, you can take it as easy as you want. No one is going to try to demolish you, especially if you're a brand new white belt. If you keep the intensity low, so will they. Its also worth noting that major injuries in BJJ are pretty rare.

A store that sells new husbands has opened in New York City, where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates: You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the value of the products increase as the shopper ascends the flights. The shopper may choose any item from a particular floor, or may choose to go up to the next floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building! So, a woman goes to The Husband Store to find a husband. On the first floor the sign on the door reads: Floor 1 - These men have Jobs She is intrigued, but continues to the second floor, where the sign reads: Floor 2 - These men Have Jobs and Love Kids. ‘That’s nice,’ she thinks, ‘but I want more.’ So she continues upward. The third floor sign reads: Floor 3 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, and are Extremely Good Looking. ‘Wow,’ she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going. She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads: Floor 4 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Good Looking and Help With Housework. ‘Oh, mercy me!’ she exclaims, ‘I can hardly stand it!’ Still, she goes to the fifth floor and the sign reads: Floor 5 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Gorgeous, Help with Housework, and Have a Strong Romantic Streak. She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor, where the sign reads: Floor 6 - You are visitor 31,456,012 to this floor. There are no men on this floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to please. Thank you for shopping at The Husband Store.

Monk mode must NOT be an extended period of time, otherwise your social skills will atrophy. It's great for clearing your head after a breakup, or for focusing on a specific task such as building a side hustle, but beyond that monk mode must be limited in duration and scope.

Rich... This is the best video you've ever made. I'm 51 and I wish I'd heard this message in HS because I think I'm a 5. I've been in Monk Mode (before I knew the term or found the RP) since 2015. I just got tired of what I was able to pull and decided to work on myself. I've made a lot of progress and I have a lot of progress to make, but for sure I'm much happier alone. Generally speaking I am friendly and kind to women... you could say I treat them as "equal"... but I really have no interest anymore in romantic anything. Waking up every day and not thinking about "am I gonna get laid today" has really been the best aspect of my journey. I just don't care about keeping a boot on a woman's neck, maintaining frame or putting up with 23.5 hours of drama for 30 minutes of pleasure. Now that I understand my past I don't want a relationship anymore. That's where I'm at. Men need to "become a better version of themselves" not to get more women, but to be a better person for themselves. To improve and be a more valuable human being. I don't always agree with your perspective or angle, but I still remain open to being wrong or me changing my mind.

Went actual monk on top of "monk mode". Learned a ton from studying secular Buddhism when I was super lost after my divorce. Buddhism deals with learning to accept yourself and life circumstances, and how to end your own suffering. Sankhara-dukkha is the suffering you put yourself through when the actual suffering has ended by living in the past. This is the trap of anxiety and self-doubt I see most people seem stuck in. Trapped by what others think, when it doesn't matter at all.\ It is your choice to continue suffering when the physical suffering (Dukkha-dukkha) and the suffering of change (Viparinama-dukkha) has ended. Learn, adapt, grow. It is impossible to say if any event is truly good or bad. It also emphasizes how important it is to have your own experiences, and not live through others (DO THE WORK). Changed my life.

I’m 21 years old and I’ve been watching rich and other red pill KZfaqrs for a while. I can say that my mindset has improved dramatically from watching theses kinds of videos. I consider myself a 10 on the SMV. I’m 6’2 190lbs, I get tons of compliments from women. Sometimes I get rejected from women when I approach them. All I got to say is that a lot of women these days don’t know what they want, especially the young ones. My advice to men would be to just focus on yourself, start hitting the gym, work on your communication skills and sex appeal. Remember that rejection only makes you stronger 💪🏼 You gotta have an abundant mindset in this world and not give a fuck 🧠

You and I are pretty much clones (age, height, compliments, etc), but the difference is that I’d consider myself a 7 or 8 (not toned quite yet, but working on it). I had a girlfriend for 3 years, and we recently separated. I had the unique experience of having a relationship for that long with no sexual contact (we’re both very religious, so I’ve always been in “monk mode”). Without sex, the red pill is WAY easier to swallow. Nothing is in the way to prevent you from seeing women for who they are. Certainly brings topics like mentioned in the video into focus much easier. But yes. Women are not a requirement as we’ve lived without them before. Any women at all should be considered an abundance. There are 4 billion out there. Sweating over one at any given time is stupid. Keep it up, brother.

Monk mode is healthy as is a short stage of red pill rage (awakening) but it should phase out as you calm down and grow wiser.. Monk mode is the same way.. we are primal creatures programed to be attracted to women.. so a purple pill and casual dating is a good way to have fun but still keep distance and keep an eye out for red flags while also not getting trapped.. Its good to take a break and simply focus on yourself and your hobbies and goals. Our lizard brains drive us to go after women constantly.. some guys can’t help it. A full separation from women is healthy for some dudes. No porn, no giving away energy and focus by checking women out. Just center yourself and better your own life.

I had this woman chase me for a year. I told her to get divorced first. She was in a marriage that she wanted to get out of. (No kids)I finally decided to see her convinced she was going to separate. Well, her husband found her out and she stayed with the marriage and ghosted me after she told me she loved me and wanted my last name blah blah. I’m 50 and retired as a millionaire. I even have a full head of hair and work out. Look way better than what she has. Her man couldn’t afford to buy tires for her car. SMH

Currently in monk mode myself. Been doing it for about 18 months by now and I feel fucken amazing. You'll find more inner happiness, you'll know what your intrinsic value is and to want to keep chasing more value than chasing women. It's about becoming the magnet instead of chasing not just women but the other high valued people, resources, money, and anything else you want in life. Sacrifice a couple years to have a seamless lifestyle as you get older. Don't start too late.

It is insane that the internet has given millions of men father they never had... I fell into personal development over 10 years ago, and idk who I would be today without it. I’ve dated girls I would’ve never imagined I could be with. I’ve had insights and developed self confidence I never knew as a kid, and I’m pursuing and making progress towards goals I would’ve never believed I could achieve before learning about the growth mindset... the crazy part... I feel like I’ve hardly scratched the tip of the ice berg. Embrace this life, gentlemen... it’s a beautiful one. Thanks Rich, for being a warrior and using your pain to become a light in the dark, instead of letting it beat you.

A chick I was seeing that broke up with me 5 weeks ago changed my whole outlook on things. She gave me a list of what I did wrong, so something in me switched, I became all about self improving myself and wrote down relationship wise how I acted and I noticed a pattern how I've been acting over the years. Time to take a break from dating and learn from the mistakes I made. Sucks when everything else in life is good bar Women.
@grayalun
@grayalun 2 жыл бұрын
Women do love their lists, I bet if you'd said the same to her the her head would've exploded. That said it kick-started you into a positive change for yourself so that's good, I do think it's important guys do it for themselves though not just to impress the ladies. Not saying that's what you did btw, but in my experience I've seen a lot of friends do just that though, if I can only change this and that then she'll want me. In a lot of cases once hopefully when they improved their own situation their self worth improves and as such if a woman produces a list they extend the middle digit metaphorically of course and walk away.

Also, just wanted to add that I appreciate the humble flex with the cars. I know a lot of people aren’t into it but it’s hard to listen to some other channels when they don’t really have any credibility or any real success. Yea, you might be in someone else’s car for all I know, but either way you’re in it, which is a hell of a lot more credible than having nothing. I could be wrong though. Appreciate the video brother 🙏🏼
