The term you’re looking for is “un-organic” or not organic. “Inorganic” refers to a branch of chemistry that doesn’t involve carbon-based molecules or structures.

folate is found in various animal-based foods, including organs like liver, kidney, and tongue, as well as in fatty fish like salmon. a single goose liver contains almost twice the daily recommended intake of folate.

I usually buy a bag of organic Granny Smith apples and have noticed they feel slimy when I rub them. I’ve started peeling all our apples when we eat them-especially for kids… they tend to spit the peels out anyways.

Keep an eye out for apeel some grocers don't allow it. That new film is gross and some farmers use a version of it i forget the name inpeel or something before it hits grocery stores to seal the fruit in the field. The fruit won't usually have a sticker you'd need to inquire.

Grass-fed and pasture raised ≠ organic. If you want clean meat, hunt.

@@limitisillusion7 Please elaborate. Btw, not all of us can hunt for food.
@limitisillusion7
@limitisillusion7 2 ай бұрын
@@meelvis939 Grass-fed and pasture raised do not imply organic, because the grass/pasture would have to certified as organic. An animal raised on a farm is not in it's natural environment. A uniform grass field does not have the same biodiversity that an animal eats in it's natural habitat. Wild elk or deer have a much more diverse diet that grass-fed cows are rarely getting. A large pasture raised chicken farm is likely feeding the chickens a diet lacking in diversity as well. The smaller the farm, the more likely it is to have regenerative farming practices, and the higher the nutrient density of the chickens, eggs, beef, fruits, veggies etc. will be. The more you increase the scale of the farm, the more likely regenerative practices get tossed side for efficiency, and the farther you get from the biodiversity of nature. If you want good eggs or veggies, buy from your neighbor with a chicken coup/farm. If you want good red meat, hunt.

@@jonasharris6 personally I hate it but I know it's one of the healthiest foods on the planet so I eat it. I take it while it's still semi frozen about 3 minutes defrosted, cut it in squares season it, the cook in a cast iron skillet for about 5 minutes till it as some sear marks then I put it in a bowl and drizzle honey on it. It might not be a traditional liver and onions meal but that's the only way I can stand to eat the stuff. I ate it three times a week

Where does the banana tree, avocado tree, orange tree get its water from? The ground. What happens to the pesticide that is sprayed everywhere, that doesn't end up on the fruit? It goes on the ground. What happens when it rains? The pesticide goes into the soil (this is repeated and repeated after every spraying and shower). You tell me where the pesticide ends up.

DONT BE DECEIVED !! by Law growers are allowed to use a certain percentage of pesticides or whatever on their crops and still call it “ ORGANIC “, So how much are they are they spraying , 70 % less ? 50% … 30… 10 ????? Plus no one is monitoring them, so who knows how much is really on this so called Organic,,, and yet you pay higher prices,, It has nothing at all to do with your health, It’s all about about profits 🥕
